However, in fairness, it is worth remembering that twenty years ago, not only I, but also all of domestic official science, and even more so ideology, had the same opinion.

In general, like all realistically thinking citizens, I did not believe in UFOs. But once!..

... Once, while working in a closed military archive - it was in East Germany on the eve of the withdrawal of our troops - I came across an unremarkable folder with documents and, having opened it, I could not believe my eyes ...

It is worth noting that this folder lay not just anywhere, but between the correspondence of Marshal Zhukov himself with General Montgomery and Notes to the Central Committee of the CPSU of one of the leaders of the Soviet special services, which justified the urgent need to send "Afghan comrades" either two hundred thousand dollars, or three hundred for operational needs ...

So, the very first document from that cherished folder, which had such respectable "neighbors", made me pinch my ear, because it was titled like this:

I was stunned! For this document is dated 1977 (who remembers, it was a time when for stories about UFOs it was possible to thunder in a psychiatric hospital). But most of all I was struck by the fact that the document was signed by the head of the Special Division of the formation, lieutenant colonel, as I remember now, Vasilkov ...

Well, ideologically dark privates, I thought... But military counterintelligence?

Do you understand how powerful the document was in my hands? After all, the signature of the special officer under the document about UFOs was in fact tantamount to the recognition of Chairman MASSOLIT Berlioz that "God exists!"

An incredible guess struck me. It turns out that the simple special officer Vasilkov and the chief of the General Staff are connected by one terrible secret. Both of them not only do not question the very fact of the existence of UFOs, contrary to the instructions of the ideological department of the Central Committee of the CPSU, but they also seem to know where this stray bird nests.

However, as I investigated, I wanted to joke less and less ... Reports ... Reports ... Dozens, hundreds of reports ...

Military fighter pilots from combatant regiments report in writing how they are attacked by unidentified flying objects. With military precision, they give incredible details of combat encounters with flying saucers.

How to deal with military ranks and positions? They write colonels and generals, commanders and chiefs, invested with enormous power, which means that people are at least sensible and not prone to irresponsible fantasies.

And what about the secrecy stamps placed on almost every such document? How not to believe, for example, the head of special intelligence of the Navy, who, by his order, sends a military reconnaissance vessel on a secret expedition to the other end of the oceans in order to decipher the signals that unidentified deep-sea objects give, trying to get in touch with our missile cruisers?

What is this? Mass Insanity of Strategic Importance? Or a shocking reality, which, due to its special importance, has been hidden for many years by endless secrecy stamps?

To be honest, I didn't know what to think...

On the one hand, I was holding in my hands documents with Khrushchev's notes, which determined the procedure for organizing combat duty of our military garrison on the Moon. His duties, in particular, were charged with contact with representatives of alien civilizations (read: with green men). At the moment of contact, the need was specifically prescribed to convince the "fraternal aliens" of the advantages of the communist system in order to make them allies in the struggle against world imperialism.

With the obvious schizophrenia of this document, I am not sure that John F. Kennedy did not sign a paper of similar content at the same time. After all, as you know, he went even further in this area, making a sensational statement shortly before his tragic death that contact with an alien civilization had allegedly already taken place.

On the other hand, one cannot deny the fact that some modern high-tech types of weapons are created solely on the principles "peeped" by scientists in the course of many years of studying the so-called UFOs. IN last years the military, however, prefers to use the more respectable abbreviation AAE (anomalous aerospace phenomena).

We are talking about high-speed missiles, and about technology "Stealth".

Or, for example, it is known that instantaneous movement to any point in the Universe has traditionally been the prerogative of aliens. But here is the sensational information: the possibility of traveling through time and space through mini black holes has been confirmed by recent collider tests in Lausanne, Switzerland, and by the opinion of the most authoritative scientists.

A few years ago, on the air of Channel One, the author of these lines showed a documentary investigation called “UFO behind barbed wire”, in which for the first time the tests of a new type of weapon based on the same ALA principles were made public. But they moved with such incredible speed and maneuvered so skillfully that the version of intruder aircraft or missiles of a potential enemy disappeared immediately. Modern planes and rockets simply cannot fly like that. According to the members of the commission, these were aircraft of clearly artificial origin, but it was impossible to answer what kind of devices they were and whose they were.

However, at that moment, even this was not the main thing, because the attention of all specialists was focused on the events that unfolded in the Combat Control Hall. And the events are really out of the ordinary. To be precise, I give a transcript of the story of another participant in the investigation of that incident - Colonel Alexander Alexandrovich Plaksin:

“In the middle of the observation phase of this phenomenon, at 21:30 Moscow time, the automatic control system of the Combat Complex suddenly worked at the command post. Of course, the incident was immediately reported to Moscow. An investigation was launched. The testimonies of witnesses of this state of emergency were carefully studied in the highest instances. The investigation materials that I happened to hold in my hands really contained incredible data about how these unidentified aircraft looked and how they moved. But their origin has remained unsolved. They definitely couldn't be American missiles or planes, but then why did the Start command suddenly light up on the scoreboard?

Perhaps there was one more - the "earthly" version.

It could be assumed that by the sudden appearance of a UFO in the area of ​​​​a strategic nuclear facility, the military tried to justify a malfunction in the operation of the complex. But the work of the commission was so classified that the version of such an exotic informational cover is unlikely to look consistent. Who then was this UFO masquerade designed for? After all, ten people knew about what had happened.

By the way, many years later, in the declassified archives of the Pentagon, we found a mention of the same case, which occurred almost simultaneously in the United States, in the state of Norfolk. Just like in our country, at the command post of the base of the US strategic nuclear forces, the system for preparing for the launch of intercontinental ballistic missiles suddenly goes off. It must be said that such examples of "checking the vigilance of nuclear powers" are far from isolated. The military archives hold dozens of similar incidents involving both the navy and military aviation.

These examples testify to one more circumstance - unidentified flying objects of unknown origin most often appear in the locations of military strategic objects. In an attempt to squeeze underwater violators to the surface, tons of explosives fall on the unfortunate bay. And then something happens that no one could have expected. The intruder did appear above the surface of the water. But this was by no means the cabin of a submarine cruiser with a hammer and sickle on the skin. A strange object in the form of a luminous ellipse, nothing like a submarine, emerged from the depths with incredible speed. Then events took a completely unexpected turn. Yellow and green unidentified saucer-shaped flying objects suddenly appeared in the sky, and mysterious black aircraft without identification marks appeared near the fjord itself. At the highest speeds, they performed unthinkable maneuvers, simulating attacks on NATO ships.

A few minutes later, the electronics on the anti-submarine ships fail. As a result, unknown unidentified objects, safe and sound, easily leave the bay and dissolve beyond the horizon. All this fantastic action was observed not only by the military, but also by dozens of local residents.

The story got into the press and, of course, acquired even more incredible details. After such an infamous bombing of their own coasts, the Norwegian authorities were forced to declare: this time, these were probably not Soviet submarines. But what was it?

It was then that the version of the appearance of unidentified objects of artificial origin off the Scandinavian coast was first voiced.

Unconfirmed, since it was impossible to provide any material evidence (not a single plate could be knocked down), but also undeniable, there were too many eyewitnesses to this fantastic action.

I must say that numerous stories of unidentified violators of the maritime borders of our potential adversaries worried the Soviet high command no less than the Norwegians and Americans. According to Commander of the Northern Fleet at that time Admiral Vladimir Chernavin then the following question arose:

« If these are not our boats, but we knew for sure that they were not ours. And if this is not a provocation by the Norwegians and Swedes, then unidentified objects can pose no less danger to us ... "

For the purity of the experiment, the Soviet command even decided to prohibit our submarines from approaching foreign territorial waters closer than 50 kilometers. They strictly follow a secret order, but underwater ghosts continue to annoy the Scandinavians.

Further more. The press publishes pictures of strange footprints found at the bottom of the Baltic Sea off the coast of Sweden. There is a version that they are left by some ultra-small Soviet submarines-tanks that move along the seabed on caterpillars. In the end, the Soviet Union and NATO found themselves on the brink of a serious conflict. And then, according to Admiral Chernavin, he had to convene an emergency press conference with the consent of the country's top leadership and make a sensational statement for Western journalists: / Commander-in-Chief of the Navy of the USSR in 1985-1992/.

“... I appeal to you and through you to your government to catch our submarine, destroy it and present its remains to the international community. If you destroy at least one Soviet submarine in your waters, I, the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy of the Soviet Union, will thank you for doing this. And I will even declare gratitude to NATO sailors for the destruction of this very submarine.”

This appeal had the effect of an exploding bomb. In NATO circles, they don’t know what to think: either the Russians really have nothing to do with it, or soviet admiral bluffing... On the one hand, making such statements is too big a risk. But on the other hand, the version of the “underwater Martians”, which for some reason rub off the Scandinavian coast, was already very fantastic, so this statement was perceived as a challenge in NATO. The Pentagon began preparations for a special operation codenamed "Aeneid". The task is absolutely clearly defined: to capture or destroy the Soviet ghost boat at any cost.

It didn’t take long to wait, already in November 1986, Norwegian coastal intelligence reports on another violation of the maritime border. To destroy the boat, it was decided to use the main trump card of the United States Navy - a top-secret torpedo.

“The most recent US-made torpedo was launched to destroy this underwater target,- comments on what happened Vladimir Nikolaevich Chernavin. – But an ultra-precise, super-intelligent torpedo fired at a Soviet submarine that allegedly violated the sea border hit the void and, of course, sank. The torpedo is a secret one, which means that in no case should it fall into our hands. The States urgently prepared a whole operation: a top-secret torpedo must be found and raised to the surface. In general, the excitement was terrible».

And there was a terrible scandal. The failure with the use of a top-secret torpedo was very painful for the NATO command, but another question was even more unpleasant: did the Soviet Union really manage to create such a superboat that is so invulnerable, fast and invisible?

Then, in order to justify itself in the eyes of the public, the Pentagon takes an extreme step. He declassifies and gives to the press the available facts confirming the Soviet trail of unidentified intruder boats. Everyone was in anticipation of a sensational revelation. But the result of an independent international examination was more than unexpected. " Indeed, films were presented to the international community, recordings of noises similar to those of a submarine, told us Vladimir Nikolayevich. – All this was analyzed and proved: these noises have nothing to do with submarines.”

The question remains: Whose footprints are these?

I must say that even perestroika and the subsequent collapse of the Soviet Union did not make the stories about the mysterious underwater violators less relevant.

An interesting fact: barely the first Russian President Boris Yeltsin entered the Kremlin, as Sweden in the very first document "expressed the hope that the new Russian leaders will remove the secrecy stamp from the relevant dossiers."

Dear reader, probably understands: after the head of the Russian KGB Bakatin handed over to the Americans the wiretapping scheme at the American embassy, ​​it was already impossible to keep something secret at that interesting time.

Further events developed rapidly and unpredictably. Lagging behind, finally, our submariners, the Swedish parliament in 1995 created a special commission of prominent scientists. The task is to deal with underwater phantoms. Some of the information was declassified by the military, and it turned out that the statistics on the detection of unidentified underwater objects is quite serious.

Over 2000 cases have been documented. Eyewitnesses described objects that looked like ghost boats, with incredible maneuverability, speed and absolute invulnerability. These characteristics make researchers doubt the terrestrial origin of these objects. In addition, according to declassified reports from the navies of both the United States and other countries, unidentified objects encountered by submarines at many kilometers of depth combined the qualities of a submarine and an aircraft.

Here, for example, is one of the documented and even sketched cases of a meeting of military sailors with an unidentified underwater object.

The object does not resemble any known type of submarine. As can be seen from the report, several unidentified flying objects of red, purple and green colors were simultaneously recorded in the sky. They moved very quickly and obviously accompanied the sea guest. Attempts to shoot down at least one air object did not give any results.

The information that unidentified underwater and flying objects visited the coast was first published in all newspapers. It became a real sensation. But then all information about the unidentified object was seized, and the military department invariably answered all subsequent questions with deathly silence.

And this is not the only case of its kind. The US Naval Archives contains declassified information that in 1964 in the Pacific Ocean, a US Navy submarine found exactly the same object next to it. Mistaking it for a Soviet submarine, the Americans decided to detain the intruder. For what reason there was a collision, it was not possible to establish. But the result was a massive explosion.

If someone had told me that one day I would write a second book with this title, I would say no, this is not about me. In my many years of investigative journalism, I considered the stories of aliens and UFOs to be fantasies, although, in fairness, it is worth remembering that in Soviet times this opinion was not only me, but the whole Soviet science and especially ideology.

In general, like all sane citizens, I did not believe in UFOs. But once!..

... Once, while working in a closed military archive - it was in East Germany - I stumbled upon a folder with documents and, opening it, I could not believe my eyes ...

It is worth noting that this folder lay not just anywhere, but between the correspondence of Marshal Zhukov with General Montgomery and the Report to the Central Committee of the CPSU of the head of one of the special services, which substantiated the need to send "Afghan comrades" two hundred thousand dollars for operational needs ...

So, the very first document from that cherished folder, which had such respectable "neighbors", made me pinch my ear, because it was titled like this:

"List of personnel who observed UFOs in the area of ​​​​the missile range of the military unit ..."

I was stunned! For this document is dated 1977 (who remembers, it was a time when for stories about UFOs it was possible to thunder in a psychiatric hospital). But most of all I was struck by the fact that the document was signed by the head of the Special Division of the formation, lieutenant colonel, as I remember now, Vasilkov ...

Well, ideologically dark privates, I thought... But military counterintelligence?

Do you understand how powerful the document was in my hands? After all, the signature of the special officer under the document about UFOs was actually tantamount to the recognition of the chairman of MASSOLIT Berlioz that "God exists!"

Since that day, a new topic has appeared in the list of my journalistic investigations.

Being a serious documentarian, I decided from the very beginning not to believe the words, no matter how seductive the images drawn by eyewitnesses were. I accepted only facts and documents, preferably signed and stamped.

To my surprise, the folder signed by Lieutenant Colonel Vasilkov turned out to be far from the only piece of evidence in my investigation. The next one was a huge sheet of drawing paper, lined with diagrams, diagrams and columns of numbers, which was shown to me in one of the closed research institutes. His name was no less intriguing:

"Scheme of the appearance of UFOs over objects on the territory of the USSR of military and strategic importance."

This document was signed by the Chief of the General Staff himself!

Incredible! It turned out that the special officer Vasilkov and the chief of the General Staff were connected by one terrible secret. Both of them not only do not question the very fact of the existence of UFOs, contrary to the instructions of the ideological department of the Central Committee of the CPSU, but they also seem to know where this stray bird nests.

However, as I investigated, I wanted to joke less and less ... Reports ... Reports ... Dozens, hundreds of reports ...

Fighter pilots from combatant regiments report being attacked by unidentified flying objects.

With military precision, they give incredible details of combat encounters with flying saucers.

The commanders of nuclear submarines (with nuclear missiles, by the way, on board) report encounters with underwater objects of obviously extraterrestrial origin that accompany our submarines during combat duty.

Astronauts from the orbital station report that unidentified flying objects now and then peep at them through the windows. And one researcher at a military research institute even informs the competent authorities with a report that on such and such a day and hour he was abducted by representatives of an alien civilization from his own dorm room and taken to an alien planet in order to get acquainted with the scientific achievements of the aforementioned civilization. Attached to the report is a medical certificate stating that the officer was sober at the time of the abduction.

At some point, it seemed to me that everyone had gone crazy and I was dealing with the correspondence of patients in a psychiatric clinic. But!..

What about military ranks and positions? They are written by colonels and generals, commanders and chiefs, invested with enormous power, which means that people are at least sensible and not prone to irresponsible fantasies.

And what about the secrecy stamps placed on almost every such document? How not to believe, for example, the head of special intelligence of the Navy, who, by his order, sent a reconnaissance military vessel on an expedition to the other end of the oceans in order to decipher the signals that unidentified deep-sea objects give, trying to get in touch with our missile cruisers?

What is this? Mass Insanity of Strategic Importance? Or a shocking reality, which, due to its special importance, has been hidden for many years by endless vultures of secrecy?

I think anyone who reads this highly truthful book will be able to answer this question.

A mysterious and terrible find in the Elbrus region - a Wehrmacht detachment buried under an avalanche was found. There is no information about his mission either in German or in Soviet archives. Several intriguing discoveries have been made recently under the foundations of ancient structures. Scientists have discovered mysterious passages under the Giza Valley in Egypt, an entire underground city under the pyramids of Teotihuacan in Central America, and now archaeologists are discussing the finds made in the Elbrus region ... Where do the tunnels of underground cities lead? And who created this web around our planet?

The Queen's Room is the smallest room inside the Cheops Pyramid. For several decades, it remained a mysterious black box for scientists; they could not figure out what this part of the famous Egyptian pyramid was. Only in 1993, German engineers applied the latest technology - a console with a camera made it possible to see a tunnel with a depth of about 60 meters leading from the Queen's Room to the center of the Cheops pyramid.

The mines themselves are very small, measuring 20 by 20 centimeters. For the first time I managed to see what is hidden inside - at the end of the southern shaft there was a door.

Why did the creators of the pyramids have to design such mine-tunnels? The most surprising thing about them is that the shafts are laid not horizontally, but diagonally. What is their purpose? The researchers ran a fiber optic cable through the door of the south tunnel. It turned out that another narrow tunnel is hidden inside the pyramid of Cheops!

The technology of infrared imaging from space made it possible to find new pyramids in Egypt: to identify objects hidden underground in the Saqqara region. Miniature robots transmit images of the previously unattainable tunnels of Egypt, Turkey, Israel, Bulgaria. It turned out that the Earth is literally entangled in a network of underground passages and mysterious labyrinths!

Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences Alexander Koltypin believes that, “underground cities are located under the Egyptian pyramids in the Giza desert, there are a lot of them, as well as in Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile. So many daredevils entered these underground structures that the Peruvian government was even forced to close the entrances to them with bars.

Who created the multi-kilometer underground tunnels? What is it, ancient crypts or shelters? The complex architecture of underground complexes casts doubt on this. There are more and more new hypotheses, speleological expeditions are trying to find out where the mysterious labyrinths of the ancient pyramids lead.

Under all the pyramids: in China, Egypt, Bosnia and South America, an interesting network of underground passages has been discovered. These are no longer laser-cut, but man-made underground rooms made of stone blocks.

Speleologist Viktor Kotlyarov, chairman of the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society in Kabardino-Balkaria, has been exploring the mountain ranges of the Caucasus for twenty years. He collected a lot of evidence that there are pyramids in this part of the planet. Often, their clear edges are hidden by forest thickets, the peaks are destroyed by time, but, according to Kotlyarov, it is simply impossible not to notice the silhouette of the pyramid in some cases. There are two pyramids in the Elbrus region, these are the peaks of Kogutai. They are so even, so perfectly fitted to each other, that it really seems that they were made by people.

During one of the expeditions, Viktor Kotlyarov reached the Chegem Gorge. Nine hours later, on the Kum-Tyube plateau, which in Balkar means “burnt earth”, several pyramid mountains were found at once. And Kotlyarov put the last object on the map of megaliths of Kabardino-Balkaria just a couple of months ago - the Chereksky district, the vicinity of the village of Kara-Su. Pay attention to one of the peaks, similar to a pyramid, the speleologist was advised by local residents.

For many years, Viktor Kotlyarov conducted research together with his colleague, speleologist Artur Zhemukhov. In the fall of 2013, Arthur made his high-profile discovery - he discovered the entrance to a mine-cave in the area of ​​​​the Khara-Khora mountain range. It turned out that its depth is at least 78 meters!

“Next to the mine-cave, a pyramid was found, we see stone blocks, it is isosceles. This pyramid also has some properties, but what they are is very difficult to understand. The important thing is that people who start doing this experience various ailments, some incredible phenomena happen to them, ” says the researcher.

Those who have visited the Khara-Khora pyramid and the cave mine really often complain of heart problems. But the real tragedy happened to Artur Zhemukhov himself - he was hit by a car. The day before, Arthur announced that he was ready to make a sensational statement about his discovery, but did not have time. Was his death accidental? Colleagues believe that it is simply not yet the time to disclose information about the pyramids of the Elbrus region.

In 1874, the outstanding English climber Florence Crawford Grove visited the Caucasus. It was he who was the first to leave memories that one of the mountains in the Caucasus is distinguished by a "remarkably regular conical shape." The mountain is located in the Cherek Gorge of Kabardino-Balkaria. The top is so symmetrical that it is hard to imagine that it was created by nature. Today, thanks to the expeditions of Moscow and Kabardino-Balkarian researchers, it is already clear that there are passages and tunnels inside the pyramid that have not actually been explored yet.

Local historian Maria Kotlyarova shares her memories:

“There is a hole in the mountain, we lit an ordinary newspaper, inserted it there with a burning end. The smoke did not go towards us, but reached inward - it means that there is some kind of sphere there, or maybe everything is empty there. Neither archaeologists nor any other services examined Mount Tuzluk.”

The so-called “cauldrons” still raise even more questions among specialists. The mountains of Kabardino-Balkaria, which in their shape resemble giant cauldrons turned upside down. There is a version that these are inverted pyramids!

If we take the Kabardino-Balkarian underground, inverted pyramid - it actually looks down into the depths of the Earth with its tip, then it is generally incomprehensible how it could be made in some mechanical way, even with the help of a laser, even with the help of nuclear explosions.

But if in Kabardino-Balkaria there are pyramids with long labyrinths inside, then who built them? Who was it for?

In the village of Upper Kurp, on the top of a pyramid mountain, archaeologists discovered the remains of ceramics, arrowheads, and bronze items. Scientists attributed the finds to the Koban culture, VI-III centuries BC. The height of 750 meters is convenient from the point of view of defense, there is an excellent view here, this could attract the tribes living in these parts. The Nart epos also preserved the legends about this mountain. But did the ancestors of the Narts create underground mines and labyrinths? There is a version that the megalithic complexes of Kabardino-Balkaria were built much earlier and by a completely different civilization, which was well versed in astronomy and cosmology.

Speleologist Muayed Malsurgenov clarifies:

“On the summer solstice, on the longest day, the frontal part of the pyramid coincides exactly one degree with the sunset. And on December 22, the shortest day of the year, – already the other end coincides with the sunrise, also one degree. And the conclusion involuntarily suggests itself: is this not a temple of the Sun?

In Kabardino-Balkaria, another mysterious mountain-pyramid near the Malka River is called the “grave of giants”. It is known that in 1912, archaeologists from St. Petersburg tried to excavate here, but the locals did not allow the shrine to be desecrated. Why did the Narts revere this place so much? And what kind of giants does their epic narrate?

Thousands of kilometers from Kabardino-Balkaria, in Malta, the memory of the giants has also been preserved. The Englishman Otto Bayer in the 19th century began to study the ancient temple of Gigantia. It is said about him that during the construction, giants helped people move giant blocks, so the temple on the island of Gozo, neighboring Malta, was called Gigantia, or the Tower of the Giants. Today this object is under the protection of UNESCO as the most ancient temple on our planet. Tradition says that these stone blocks - and yet some weigh up to 50 tons! - carried and installed by a certain woman-giantess. In one hand she held her newborn child, and with the other hand she moved the blocks.

Excavations that were carried out here at the beginning of the 20th century show a close connection of megalithic structures with religious practices, which is why they were called temples. But it is possible that these structures had another purpose. These were focal points, that is, places of particular importance for society, where some kind of meetings and rituals were held.

Today, 23 temples have already been found in Malta, and once there were even more! These structures forced scientists to take a fresh look at the history of Malta, in particular, at the numerous tunnels that literally pitted the entire island. There are underground halls and corridors even under the palace of the Grand Master in Valletta.

According to doctor of historical sciences Stefan Spiteri, “On the coast near Valletta, near the bastions, there is what we call batteries - places for guns. You can get to them through the tunnels. They were created by knights for military purposes.

Are the underground tunnels of Malta really part of the fortification system of the island and were they created specifically for defense? It turns out that the medieval knights of Malta could do it? The history of the Order of the Knights Hospitaller casts doubt on this.

When the order was founded, the hospital came first, so the Knights of Malta became known as the Hospitallers. Then, over time, in order to protect the pilgrims who traveled to the holy lands, the hospitallers become warriors. But they never stopped medical work.

Why did the Hospitallers build gigantic dungeons, make so much effort for this? This version seems unconvincing, given that the tunnels never helped the knights. In the 16th century, during the Great Siege, the Maltese miraculously saved the Viceroy of Sicily with his army from the Ottoman invaders, and later Napoleon conquered Malta without much effort.

The underground temple of the Hypogeum does not fit into the framework of the official theory. He gave scientists too many mysteries.

The entrance to the dungeon was accidentally found by builders during the laying of city communications. The Jesuit monk Emmanuel drew attention to him. Alone, the monk began excavations, but he had no idea what amazing discoveries this would lead to. It turned out that the mysterious entrance leads to a giant three-level system of rooms and dead ends-traps. This structure was called the Hypogeum.

At first, archaeologists suggested that this structure served as a crypt. And indeed, about 7 thousand buried bodies were found in the Hypogeum at the middle level. The crypt has been dated to the Bronze Age. However, no other burials were found in the underground temples and tunnels of Malta. Why then were these gigantic halls created?

Scientists were given a hint by holes that have a perfectly round shape and are located, as a rule, not far from the floor - thanks to this, special acoustics are created in the room.

Interference, mixing of sound vibrations, especially coming from below, was able to bring a person into a kind of trance state or its semblance.

Hypogeum in Malta

Researchers at the Mediterranean Civilizations Research Institute have measured resonant frequencies within the Hypogeum using an infrared receiver and resonators. The results obtained force us to reconsider our knowledge of anatomy and physics.

Today, scientists know that the biological rhythms of all plants and animals are synchronized with electromagnetic waves low and ultra-low frequencies, which are formed between the Earth and the ionosphere. The planet sets the rhythm for all living things, synchronizes with the so-called Schumann resonance and the human brain. It seems that in ancient times those who designed the pyramids and underground labyrinths were well aware of this. Instead of a preface

If someone told me that one day I would write a book with that title, I would say no, it's not about me. Having been doing investigative journalism on television for many years, I considered stories about aliens and UFOs to be exclusively the lot of dreamers moving away from boring reality into a fictional world built on arguments like “one man saw it with his own eyes”, and nothing more ...

However, in fairness, it is worth remembering that twenty years ago, not only I, but also all of domestic official science, and even more so ideology, had the same opinion.

In general, like all realistically thinking citizens, I did not believe in UFOs. But once!..

... Once, while working in a closed military archive - it was in East Germany on the eve of the withdrawal of our troops - I came across an unremarkable folder with documents and, having opened it, I could not believe my eyes ...

It is worth noting that this folder lay not just anywhere, but between the correspondence of Marshal Zhukov himself with General Montgomery and Notes to the Central Committee of the CPSU of one of the leaders of the Soviet special services, which justified the urgent need to send "Afghan comrades" either two hundred thousand dollars, or three hundred for operational needs ...

So, the very first document from that cherished folder, which had such respectable "neighbors", made me pinch my ear, because it was titled like this:

"List of personnel who observed UFOs in the area of ​​​​the missile range of the military unit ..."

Next came a list of thirty soldiers' names, headed by the platoon commander, and a real flying saucer drawn by someone's diligent hand, indicating the size, color and time spent above the indicated military unit.

I was stunned! For this document is dated 1977 (who remembers, it was a time when for stories about UFOs it was possible to thunder in a psychiatric hospital). But most of all I was struck by the fact that the document was signed by the head of the Special Division of the formation, lieutenant colonel, as I remember now, Vasilkov ...

Well, ideologically dark privates, I thought... But military counterintelligence?

Do you understand how powerful the document was in my hands? After all, the signature of the special officer under the document about UFOs was in fact tantamount to the recognition of Chairman MASSOLIT Berlioz that "God exists!"

From that very memorable day, a new topic appeared in the list of my journalistic investigations: “UFOs classified as“ Secret ”, and there was no exaggeration in this definition of the topic.

Being a serious documentarian, I decided from the very beginning not to believe the words, no matter how seductive the images drawn by eyewitnesses were. I accepted only facts, only documents, and preferably signed and sealed.

To my surprise, the document signed by Lieutenant Colonel Vasilkov was far from the only one in my investigation. The next was a huge piece of drawing paper, lined with diagrams, diagrams and columns of numbers, which they showed me in one of the closed research institutes, however, then they immediately turned it down. His name was no less intriguing: "Scheme of the appearance of UFOs over objects on the territory of the USSR of military and strategic importance."

This document was signed by the Chief of the General Staff himself!

An incredible guess struck me. It turns out that the simple special officer Vasilkov and the chief of the General Staff are connected by one terrible secret. Both of them not only do not question the very fact of the existence of UFOs, contrary to the instructions of the ideological department of the Central Committee of the CPSU, but they also seem to know where this stray bird nests.

However, as I investigated, I wanted to joke less and less ... Reports ... Reports ... Dozens, hundreds of reports ...

Military fighter pilots from combatant regiments report in writing how they are attacked by unidentified flying objects. With military precision, they give incredible details of combat encounters with flying saucers.

The commanders of nuclear submarines (with nuclear missiles, by the way, on board, and this is no joke!) Report encounters with underwater objects of clearly extraterrestrial origin. It turns out that they often accompany our submarines during combat duty to the shores of a potential enemy.

Astronauts from the orbital station report that unidentified objects now and then peep at them through the windows. And one researcher at a closed military research institute even informs the competent authorities that on such and such a day and hour he was abducted by representatives of an alien civilization from his own dorm room and taken to an alien planet in order to get acquainted with the scientific achievements of the aforementioned civilization. Attached to the report is a medical certificate stating that the officer was sober at the time of the abduction.

At some point, it seemed to me that everyone had gone crazy and I was dealing with the correspondence of patients in a psychiatric clinic. But!..

What about military ranks and positions? They write colonels and generals, commanders and chiefs, invested with enormous power, which means that people are at least sensible and not prone to irresponsible fantasies.

And what about the secrecy stamps placed on almost every such document? How not to believe, for example, the head of special intelligence of the Navy, who, by his order, sends a military reconnaissance vessel on a secret expedition to the other end of the oceans in order to decipher the signals that unidentified deep-sea objects give, trying to get in touch with our missile cruisers?

What is this? Mass Insanity of Strategic Importance? Or a shocking reality, which, due to its special importance, has been hidden for many years by endless secrecy stamps?

To be honest, I didn't know what to think...

On the one hand, I was holding in my hands documents with Khrushchev's notes, which determined the procedure for organizing combat duty of our military garrison on the Moon. His duties, in particular, were charged with contact with representatives of alien civilizations (read: with green men). At the moment of contact, the need was specifically prescribed to convince the "fraternal aliens" of the advantages of the communist system in order to make them allies in the struggle against world imperialism.

With the obvious schizophrenia of this document, I am not sure that John F. Kennedy did not sign a paper of similar content at the same time. After all, as you know, he went even further in this area, making a sensational statement shortly before his tragic death that contact with an alien civilization had allegedly already taken place.

On the other hand, one cannot deny the fact that some modern high-tech types of weapons are created solely on the principles "peeped" by scientists in the course of many years of studying the so-called UFOs. In recent years, however, the military has adopted the more respectable abbreviation AAE (Anomalous Aerospace Phenomena).

We are talking about high-speed missiles, and about technology "Stealth".

Or, for example, it is known that instantaneous movement to any point in the Universe has traditionally been the prerogative of aliens. But here is the sensational information: the possibility of traveling through time and space through mini black holes has been confirmed by recent collider tests in Lausanne, Switzerland, and by the opinion of the most authoritative scientists.

A few years ago, on the air of Channel One, the author of these lines showed a documentary investigation called “UFO behind barbed wire”, in which for the first time the tests of a new type of weapon based on the same ALA principles were made public. We are talking about heating the high layers of the atmosphere to the state of plasma, which, according to experts, can lead to a radical change in the climate. After the broadcast, the State Duma Defense Committee held immediate hearings. Then a meeting of the Security Council took place. And then (I confess, I didn’t even count on such a response) an Appeal was sent to the US Congress demanding an immediate cessation of harmful “alien” tests.

As the hot summer of 2010 showed, the anxiety of Russian politicians then, apparently, was not in vain. True, none of our parliamentarians remembered that similar tests were carried out in our country.

This happened in October 1983. At the missile base of the Carpathian Military District, a missile attack warning system suddenly goes off. The duty officer of the division of the Strategic Missile Forces of the USSR announces a combat alert. The situation is developing so seriously that the command is even displayed on the scoreboard: “Start!”

In essence, this means that American nuclear missiles are already on their way to our borders. The scary scenario for this case is simple. At the Central Command Post in Surovatikha, near Moscow, the nuclear button "Key to start!" is pressed. Our rockets fall on the head of the Americans, they strike back, and the whole world flies to hell.

Meanwhile, intelligence reports: neither the Americans, nor the British, nor a single nuclear power launched into the Soviet Union. Then whose "missiles" see our radars? The answer looks fantastic even today: these are unidentified flying objects.

It seems incredible, but during the years of the Cold War, several cases were documented when the USSR and the USA found themselves on the brink of a third world war due to UFOs. In order not to be unfounded, I will turn to the direct participants in the investigation of those events.

Here's what he told us Boris Alexandrovich Sokolov , Doctor of Technical Sciences, in those years, an employee of one of the closed military research institutes:

“I personally participated in the investigation of three such cases. The first took place on October 4, 1983 at the location of one of the divisions of the Strategic Missile Forces in Ukraine. Looking ahead, I will say that, according to Boris Sokolov, a thorough interview of eyewitnesses showed that it was not about atmospheric phenomena or ball lightning, which are often mistaken for UFOs. Radars would simply not notice these objects.

In this case, not only did the equipment react to them as enemy missiles, but also the objects visually looked like aircraft. But they moved with such incredible speed and maneuvered so skillfully that the version of intruder aircraft or missiles of a potential enemy disappeared immediately. Modern planes and rockets simply cannot fly like that. According to the members of the commission, these were aircraft of clearly artificial origin, but it was impossible to answer what kind of devices they were and whose they were.

However, at that moment, even this was not the main thing, because the attention of all specialists was focused on the events that unfolded in the Combat Control Hall. And the events are really out of the ordinary. To be precise, I give a transcript of the story of another participant in the investigation of that incident - Colonel Alexander Alexandrovich Plaksin :

“In the middle of the observation phase of this phenomenon, at 21:30 Moscow time, the automatic control system of the Combat Complex suddenly worked at the command post. All indicators of the calling board lit up, as when checking, for example, an emergency situation. But most importantly, the scoreboard lit up: “Start”.

According to Alexander Plaksin, the Start command failed only because unknown objects failed to reproduce the General Staff cipher on the magnetic tape of the complex. It was possible to regain control over the nuclear complex only after these devices also suddenly disappeared.

Of course, the incident was immediately reported to Moscow. An investigation was launched. The testimonies of witnesses of this state of emergency were carefully studied in the highest instances. The investigation materials that I happened to hold in my hands really contained incredible data about how these unidentified aircraft looked and how they moved. But their origin has remained unsolved. They definitely couldn't be American missiles or planes, but then why did the Start command suddenly light up on the scoreboard?

Perhaps there was one more - the "earthly" version.

It could be assumed that by the sudden appearance of a UFO in the area of ​​​​a strategic nuclear facility, the military tried to justify a malfunction in the operation of the complex. But the work of the commission was so classified that the version of such an exotic informational cover is unlikely to look consistent. Who then was this UFO masquerade designed for? After all, ten people knew about what had happened.

By the way, many years later, in the declassified archives of the Pentagon, we found a mention of the same case, which occurred almost simultaneously in the United States, in the state of Norfolk. Just like in our country, at the command post of the base of the US strategic nuclear forces, the system for preparing for the launch of intercontinental ballistic missiles suddenly goes off. The duty officers bring the strategic nuclear forces to the highest degree of combat readiness, as at the beginning of a nuclear war.

The crew on duty starts the mode of additional checks of the alarm signal, and only at this moment it turns out that the equipment did not react to Russian missiles, but to strange objects of clearly artificial origin, which were observed by many eyewitnesses. Since the radars responded to the objects, they could not be an optical illusion or a natural atmospheric phenomenon.

So in the fall of 1983, the main rivals in the Cold War, the Soviet Union and the United States, almost found themselves on the verge of a nuclear catastrophe, the cause of which would have been unidentified flying objects (UFOs).

It must be said that such examples of "checking the vigilance of nuclear powers" are far from isolated. The military archives hold dozens of similar incidents involving both the navy and military aviation.

A well-known pilot told me about one of such cases, when our country almost got involved in a border conflict. Marina Lavrentievna Popovich. For reliability, I give a transcript of our conversation:

These examples testify to one more circumstance - unidentified flying objects of unknown origin most often appear in the locations of military strategic objects. According to the doctor of technical sciences Boris Sokolov:"In the course of the investigation into the appearance of UFOs, all versions were considered, up to the influence of extraterrestrial civilizations." Collecting the documented facts of the appearance of unidentified flying objects in the military archives, we came to an incredible conclusion. It turns out that in the 1970s and 1980s, UFOs sometimes played the role of a serious factor in international politics.

At the height of the Cold War. The confrontation between the USSR and the USA in the North Atlantic takes on an almost open character. Sweden and Norway are especially concerned. The reports in the Scandinavian newspapers of that time are reminiscent of front-line reports. In just two months in 1986, according to coastal services, Soviet submarines invaded Swedish territorial waters 16 times. They secretly penetrate the fjords and skerries of Norway. For what purpose?

The motives of the actions of the Soviet submarine fleet, it would seem, are beyond doubt. Find out the military secrets of the battle fleet of NATO countries. Mine the fairways of the movement of warships. Organize tracking of American submarines.

Meanwhile, all attempts to detect at least one Soviet submarine and present evidence of violations of maritime borders to the world community come to nothing. Russian boats are like phantoms. I must say that it was quite a large-scale event. About forty warships, as well as airplanes and helicopters, are taking part in the operation. In an attempt to squeeze underwater violators to the surface, tons of explosives fall on the unfortunate bay. And then something happens that no one could have expected. The intruder did appear above the surface of the water. But this was by no means the cabin of a submarine cruiser with a hammer and sickle on the skin. A strange object in the form of a luminous ellipse, nothing like a submarine, emerged from the depths with incredible speed. Then events took a completely unexpected turn. Yellow and green unidentified saucer-shaped flying objects suddenly appeared in the sky, and mysterious black aircraft without identification marks appeared near the fjord itself. At the highest speeds, they performed unthinkable maneuvers, simulating attacks on NATO ships.

A few minutes later, the electronics on the anti-submarine ships fail. As a result, unknown unidentified objects, safe and sound, easily leave the bay and dissolve beyond the horizon. All this fantastic action was observed not only by the military, but also by dozens of local residents.

The story got into the press and, of course, acquired even more incredible details. After such an infamous bombing of their own coasts, the Norwegian authorities were forced to declare: this time, these were probably not Soviet submarines. But what was it?

It was then that the version of the appearance of unidentified objects of artificial origin off the Scandinavian coast was first voiced.

Unconfirmed, since it was impossible to provide any material evidence (not a single plate could be knocked down), but also undeniable, there were too many eyewitnesses to this fantastic action.

I must say that numerous stories of unidentified violators of the maritime borders of our potential adversaries worried the Soviet high command no less than the Norwegians and Americans. This appeal had the effect of an exploding bomb. NATO circles don't know what to think: either the Russians really have nothing to do with it, or the Soviet admiral is bluffing... On the one hand, making such statements is too big a risk. But on the other hand, the version of the “underwater Martians”, which for some reason rub off the Scandinavian coast, was already very fantastic, so this statement was perceived as a challenge in NATO. The Pentagon began preparations for a special operation codenamed "Aeneid". The task is absolutely clearly defined: to capture or destroy the Soviet ghost boat at any cost.

It didn’t take long to wait, already in November 1986, Norwegian coastal intelligence reports on another violation of the maritime border. To destroy the boat, it was decided to use the main trump card of the United States Navy - a top-secret torpedo.

Then, in order to justify itself in the eyes of the public, the Pentagon takes an extreme step. He declassifies and gives to the press the available facts confirming the Soviet trail of unidentified intruder boats. Everyone was in anticipation of a sensational revelation. But the result of an independent international examination was more than unexpected. " Indeed, films were presented to the international community, recordings of noises similar to those of a submarine, told us Vladimir Nikolayevich . – All this was analyzed and proved: these noises have nothing to do with submarines.”

The question remains: Whose footprints are these?

I must say that even perestroika and the subsequent collapse of the Soviet Union did not make the stories about the mysterious underwater violators less relevant.

The object does not resemble any known type of submarine. As can be seen from the report, several unidentified flying objects of red, purple and green colors were simultaneously recorded in the sky. They moved very quickly and obviously accompanied the sea guest. Attempts to shoot down at least one air object did not give any results.

The information that unidentified underwater and flying objects visited the coast was first published in all newspapers. It became a real sensation. But then all information about the unidentified object was seized, and the military department invariably answered all subsequent questions with deathly silence.

And this is not the only case of its kind. The US Naval Archives contains declassified information that in 1964 in the Pacific Ocean, a US Navy submarine found exactly the same object next to it. Mistaking it for a Soviet submarine, the Americans decided to detain the intruder. For what reason there was a collision, it was not possible to establish. But the result was a massive explosion.

An underwater vehicle was launched from the escort ship, which brought up what looked like a piece of the skin of an unidentified ship. However, something incredible happened. As soon as the rescue operation entered its final phase, acoustics began to report that 15 unknown underwater objects suddenly appeared in the disaster area, each of which was at least 200 meters long.

They tightly blocked the search area, and when these objects disappeared after a few hours, not a single object remained at the crash site. Even the wreckage of the dead American submarine disappeared.

An analysis of the surviving fragment of the skin was made. It turned out that the composition of the metal is unknown to scientists. Under terrestrial conditions, such an alloy does not exist.

After this information was leaked, the US Naval Intelligence did not officially confirm this episode. However, the version that the Americans raised a piece of an alien ship still exists.

So what are these mysterious objects that, in their behavior, are very reminiscent of alien ships?

These "messengers of other civilizations", as we have seen, are able to confuse the cards in our international relations and even create the ground for border conflicts. To frighten sailors with their appearance and lead scientists to a standstill. What is this?

When the boat returned from the campaign and a report was made about strange unidentified objects, it turned out that the same "Quakers" were getting in touch with other submarines. They are literally chasing our nuclear cruisers. The signal from the object is stable and well heard. And this is at great depths in the open ocean, where there should not be anyone nearby for hundreds of miles. Agree, there is something for the commander of a submarine to go crazy. After all, the route of combat duty of the submarine is carefully classified. There are missiles with nuclear warheads on board, and nearby someone unknown is teasing you, while he sees you, but you cannot detect him. What if he's going to attack the boat?

It was a matter of honor to grab the US military intelligence by the radio float, and soon, in the strictest secrecy, a reconnaissance ship was sent on an expedition to the Quaker habitat. Searched for a long time. They combed half of the oceans, but during the search, not a single "Quaker" was found. That is, everything was as usual. At a certain moment, the object was contacted. All data obtained by the Intelligence Directorate during the expedition was provided to scientists. They analyzed for a long time, and then literally clutched their heads. In all cases, some kind of anti-scientific devilry turned out.

First, judging by the constantly changing bearing, the Quakers were constantly maneuvering next to the submarines. What's with the radio floats? They changed the frequency and tone of the signal, as if calling the submarine to a kind of contact. But the most surprising thing was that it was not a passive signal. If it were just radiation, it would be a stretch to assume that this is some kind of unexplored natural phenomenon, and calm down. "Craw", well, let them "croak". Here it turned out that unidentified objects did not just call the submariners to contact. They actively responded to the signals of our submarines. As if they provoked a dialogue and supported it. Thus, scientists also could not give an unambiguous answer to the question of what “Quakers” are. Only versions were expressed, up to the most fantastic ones.

A deep-sea relic creature unknown to science? Theoretically it could be. But it behaves too reasonably, “humanly”. And then, in any case, it had to “show its face” at least once. But the Quakers were still invisible.

And then the state machine began to spin. Military scientists are tasked with developing and implementing a "Quaker" system as soon as possible, capable of blocking the seas and oceans with special tracking equipment. Design bureaus started working at full capacity, money was allocated by a special government decree. It was a truly grandiose program to establish "Quakers" on a planetary scale. The logic of the Cold War dictated only such a scale, and nothing else. Science and industry are working at full capacity. However, it soon became clear that even for our Soviet defense industry this task was beyond our strength.

I quote the words Vladimir Nikolaevich Chernavin : “Everything was developed, down to the technical samples of the Quakers, which could be put into practice. But it turned out that these beacons turned out to be so huge and so expensive that it’s not like throwing them at the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, and our industry was unable to make at least 100 working pieces.

When it became clear that the task of creating "Quakers" was impossible, they decided to find out how things were going with a potential enemy. What if the Americans did come up with a global tracking system and thousands of Quaker sea bugs are spying on our submarine fleet?

Dealing with archival documents, one day we stumbled upon a curious document. This was an excerpt from the transcript of the emergency communication session of the Mission Control Center and the crew of the Salyut-6 orbital complex dated August 15, 1978.

Sensational facts have only recently become known. The hunt for UFOs has been part of the military doctrine of many major powers. And hunted for them long before the man flew into space.

There is every reason to believe that humanity has been observing UFOs and other inexplicable phenomena for exactly as long as they exist. Hundreds of years ago, there were no aircraft, no rockets, no reconnaissance probes that could be mistaken for UFOs in the night sky, and we have a lot of evidence that our ancestors observed exactly what is the subject of this study. In the paintings of famous artists of the past, in chronicle sources, the same images. Luminous balls, saucer-shaped aerial objects that suddenly appear over the heads of the astonished inhabitants of medieval cities, and then just as suddenly disappear. Even some of the rock paintings of ancient settlements reproduce the contours we are familiar with with amazing accuracy.

Meanwhile, the scientific study of the UFO phenomenon, and hence the evidence of alien existence, began only at the beginning of the last century with the invention of radio. It was then that it became clear that in the ether of the Earth there is a mysterious phenomenon - a radio echo. If you send a radio message in Morse code, the signal can return to the receiver. But when exactly, it is impossible to guess. Moreover, the signal returned seems to be the same, but with some changes - it already has different intervals, and it sounds a little different. It was as if someone unknown not far from our planet took it, took it apart into numbers, held it for a while and kicked it back to the author. The explanation for this fact seems to be simple. The signal hit some kind of space object and returned back in the form of a radio echo. But that's the mystery - there are no objects nearby in the solar system from which the signal can be reflected in order to return in a few minutes. « Science still does not know about a known natural phenomenon that could create such a radio echo. Who constantly mimics radio transmitters on their frequencies and returns signals back with an interval of several minutes is unknown.

The radio echo was first noticed in the fall of 1928. We've tracked down the first evidence of radio echo hunting. So, on the evening of July 2, 1947, residents of the small town of Roswell, in the state of New Mexico, noticed a large luminous object in the sky, which flew rather quickly to the northwest. And the next day, July 3, a US Air Force reconnaissance group, three hundred kilometers northwest of Roswell, discovered the wreckage of an unknown aircraft in the form of a disk. A few days later, the story hit the press.

And for many years, historians, researchers, enthusiasts have been trying to get the CIA to hand over the wreckage of an alien ship.

According to declassified archives, the situation with unidentified flying objects worries the country's leadership so much that on September 24, 1947 US President Harry Truman decides to conduct a special, especially secret operation "Majestic-12" for a detailed study of this problem. The Minister of Defense was invited to lead the preparation of this operation. James Forrestal, as the president himself informs him:

“You are authorized to proceed as quickly and discreetly as possible to your case, which will henceforth be referred to as Majestic 12.

Apparently, the facts of the appearance of UFOs worry the US President so much that he even informs the leadership of the USSR about some events and details related to this problem. How true is this information?

US President Dwight Eisenhower On November 18, 1952, he had a 45-minute conversation with the country's top military leaders, including the man who started the UFO saga in the United States and is the most knowledgeable in these problems. Curiously, at the same time, the US Army is developing the first instruction for military personnel, which prescribes how to behave when observing a UFO and in what form to report what they see. From this instruction it is clear that the command singles out UFOs as a special type of air objects, making a distinction between them and conventional aviation equipment. The training program for US pilots at the Denver Air Force Academy since 1960 began to include information about unidentified flying objects and warnings about the possibility of alien visits to the Earth.

Soviet officials from science, on the contrary, are in no hurry to study unidentified flying objects. They are passionate about the fight against bourgeois pseudosciences - genetics and cybernetics. Naturally, ufology also falls into the same category.

I tried to find at least some mention of UFOs in Soviet official documents. The only mention is dated 1952. In a report dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the October Revolution, Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the CPSU Mikhail Pervukhin so comments on reports of unidentified flying objects in the Western press : “The Americans lost their peace, they now and then peer into the sky, and some of them began to see strange objects resembling huge flying saucers, pans and green fireballs. In the archive of the Pravda newspaper, we managed to find a curious document. The military and pilots who encountered UFOs are silent in order to avoid official troubles. Scientists also prefer not to advertise their interest in these phenomena, so as not to discredit themselves in front of the scientific community.

Meanwhile, in the United States, information about unidentified flying objects appears with frightening regularity. The American press seemed to have broken through. Newspapers, as if by agreement, now and then report that "plates" are constantly circling near the most protected areas. Especially often - over the nuclear centers in Los Alamos and Las Vegas, where work is underway to improve nuclear weapons. Sometimes these are truly massive raids. Thus, "in March 1950, more than 500 silver discs were observed flying near the forbidden zone of nuclear plants in the state of New Mexico."

No one can tell today how reliable these reports are. However, regarding such suspicious activity of aliens near American nuclear facilities, I have my own version. A few years ago, I was able to hold a copy of the US War Department's instructions for what military officials should do "in the event of encounters with UFOs."

Who and why needed such a large-scale hoax, into which they did not disdain to weave the name of the president himself?

To answer this question, it is worth going back several decades, when a sensational video was at the disposal of journalists, which allegedly recorded an autopsy of an alien whose body was found among the wreckage of an alien ship that crashed near the very town of Roswell in 1947. How many copies were broken about these shots!

Some argued that it was not an alien ship, but a secret reconnaissance probe launched by the Soviet Union. Others, on the contrary, believed that US intelligence agencies were hiding information about the first contact with aliens, which for some reason turned out to be unsuccessful.

For 50 years, this story has acquired such legends that any evidence or refutation will never seem exhaustive.

Conducting our own investigation, we showed this recording to the director of the Research Institute of Human Morphology of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, prominent pathologist Lev Kaktursky. According to him, the record is a fake. At the very least, those who portrayed doctors performing an autopsy on an alien on film have nothing to do with medicine:

“Their actions are unprofessional. These people make a lot of unnecessary movements, it is clear that they do not know how to use tools. Also, organs were not removed, as is usually the case, but small pieces were taken, ostensibly for histological examination. Pathologists don't do that. There was not even an object table on which the organs are laid out. As if it weren’t a pathological institution at all…”

It must be said that not only the actions of pathologists cast doubt on the authenticity of the material. The film periodically loses focus. Its loss, of course, can be explained by a feature of the movie camera used by military cameramen in the 1940s. But for some reason, a cameraman's marriage happens at the very moment when we want to consider the details ...

Apparently, the secret commission in Moscow, which conducted an examination of this film, came to exactly the same result. But recognizing the tape as a fake does not mean getting an answer to the question of what the United States is hiding and why did they need the UFO legend?

The first conclusions of the commission's work were simple. In Moscow, they conclude that the US authorities are covering up the unsuccessful launch of a captured rocket with the fall of a UFO.

The version that instead of a UFO then a German V-2 rocket crashed in the United States was considered the only one for a long time. However, 14 years later, in 1961, the “Top Secret” stamp was removed from the V-2 tests and a report on all launches was published. So, according to these data, on July 2, 1947, when the UFO allegedly crashed, there were no launches at all at the test sites. So there was some other reason? Another UFO?

Expert in the rocket and space field Igor Lisov to our question about the reliability of the American data, he said:
