Such a teacher will greatly benefit from knowledge in the field of management and team management, since he is often faced with the need to form various associations and studios. Fire protection, safety precautions, labor protection standards - information about this should always be at hand, since it may be needed at any time.

Support and support for students

Among the job responsibilities of a teacher-organizer at school, the main one is active assistance personal development schoolchildren, the formation of their talents and general culture. To do this, he needs to constantly study the psychological and age characteristics of children and adolescents, as well as their interests. The teacher’s tasks also include creating all necessary conditions for the creative realization of students in the form of various associations aimed at joint activities.

A teacher who performs an organizational function in a school must support initiatives in the field of leisure that come from the students themselves. Often he creates a special association in which students can influence its work in one way or another. In some cases, the organizer involves their parents, public figures, as well as employees of various cultural and sports institutions to work with students. His responsibilities also include planning holidays for students and providing support to those who want to teach labor activity.

Teacher's rights

A teacher-organizer at a school, whose responsibilities are very extensive, also has his own rights. We are talking not only about the standard labor package, but also about the opportunity to present their own proposals at meetings and planning sessions aimed at improving the activities of the institution. He can also request various documentation from specialists in related departments that he needs to perform his duties.

No matter how his colleagues refuse, the teacher-organizer, according to his job description, has the right to involve them in carrying out various events, as well as in resolving issues that were entrusted to him. In some educational institutions the person holding this position has great influence over the administration and can demand its assistance in carrying out his own tasks.

Reliability is the main quality

At first glance, it seems that the duties of a teacher-organizer at a school do not imply too much responsibility, but this is not so. In addition to the high-quality performance of his functions, he is responsible for the moral and spiritual development of students, which requires enormous dedication and the ability to organize the work process in such a way that all plans are executed in a timely manner.

In some cases, a teacher may even suffer material damage, for example, if an office with various property is assigned to him. However, the position of school organizer is most often hired by very responsible people who try to avoid violations in their work, since they perfectly understand the consequences of their mistakes.

General functionality

The functional responsibilities of a teacher-organizer at a school directly depend on the type of educational institution. As a rule, such a position exists in those institutions where additional education is a complex and structured system where students, teachers and parents are involved. The teacher must be able to involve children in various activities in such a way that its goal and final result fully meet expectations teaching staff and parents.

In parallel with this, the teacher must also conduct educational work, the result of which is that every child has the opportunity to reveal his talents. Children need to be ready to communicate jointly with each other, be able to choose values that are relevant to them, and create a friendly and trusting atmosphere in the team. If necessary, a teacher acting as an organizer at a school must perform a representative function, namely, conduct a dialogue with various state and non-state institutions aimed at protecting the rights of children.

Pedagogical basis of work

Over the past few years, the requirements for the job responsibilities of a teacher-organizer have changed significantly: life safety at school is also most often taught to them. Thus, he must teach schoolchildren not only life safety, but also responsibility for the world. Such a teacher needs to put the humanistic ideology of education at the forefront of his work in order to achieve high results.

The works of Makarenko, Machiavelli and other experts in pedagogical skills will be the main ones on the organizer’s list of reference books. If we consider modern theoretical principles of pedagogy, then the works of V. Andreev, I. Kolesnikova, I. Yakimanskaya, V. Bezdukhov deserve some attention. Scientists believe that a teacher must be a well-developed personality with the ability to win over absolutely any child and adult.

Through leisure into culture

All cultural and leisure activities that are carried out in a general education institution always comply with educational methods. The teacher-organizer at the school, whose responsibilities include its implementation, must structure the work in such a way that during the course of it young Russians form an attachment to the culture of their country. With the help of proven leisure techniques, children will be able to learn to understand and analyze the global cultural fund, as well as respect small nations and their characteristics.

It is important that when organizing leisure time, the child’s personal freedom is taken into account. Ideally, he can independently choose the time, place and form of his vacation. Giving children's individuality a chance to open up and not leave the child alone with his thoughts is the main task of the teacher. The main competitors of teacher-organizers are computer games. Teachers usually show children other recreational options that can be much more interesting and useful.

Leisure should be accessible, and it will be interesting if as many children as possible take part in it. It is desirable that it be organized on the principle of amateur activity, then all participants in the process can realize themselves not only in individual, but also in collective activities. With proper organization of the cultural and leisure process, a person can gradually become an active person who lives in harmony with himself and society.

Main assistants

A fairy-tale wizard - this is how students often perceive the teacher-organizer at school. His duties can be performed efficiently only if he is in constant contact with his parents. Absolutely every class has its own mini-council, consisting of the most responsible mothers and fathers. It is he who makes the decision on how their children’s leisure time should be organized.

When it comes to internal school events, help from parents is rarely required; teachers usually cope on their own, inviting moms and dads to the holidays as spectators. But planning a trip, for example, to a museum or toy factory, will require additional help from parent committee. A teacher-organizer, acting together with parents, can prevent a number of problems - early use of nicotine and alcohol by children, minor offenses and criminal offenses.

Approach to everyone

All events held within the walls of a general education institution must be based on the age and behavioral characteristics of students. This is also the responsibility of the teacher-organizer at the school, whose typical job responsibilities take into account the need to use various forms of recreational activities. In particular, for students under 10 years of age, those in which children receive precise instructions and also feel protected should be used.

Children between the ages of 11 and 13 are extremely susceptible to peer influence, and they need a teacher who can tame the overflowing energy and then channel it in the right direction. Collective activities of a creative nature are one of the most suitable leisure options. Parties, sporting events, and activities that can bring some benefit to the child are perfect here.

Teenagers, whose ages range from 14 to 17 years, strive to develop their own individuality and demonstrate it to the whole world. The organizer is needed here as a more experienced comrade who can give good advice. The most interesting events for children should include art song evenings, discos, trainings and various forms of activities useful for society.

Other development options for schoolchildren

Parents strive to comprehensively develop their children, so schoolchildren often engage in additional education. Quite often, the work of the corresponding unit depends on the teacher-organizers in schools, the responsibilities and salary of the latter in the event of successful formation curricula can grow significantly. We are not necessarily talking about recruiting children to master any additional discipline; this was relevant 10-15 years ago.

How does the work of Russian teachers differ from Belarusian ones?

There is an opinion among Russians that Belarus is the custodian of the traditions of the USSR and that it was she who managed to preserve the traditions of teaching skills intact. This assumption is partly true - teacher-organizers in schools in the Republic of Belarus are treated much more strictly in the performance of their official duties, here special emphasis is placed on ideological work, and educational activities are carried out together with parents.

The list of tasks of a teacher with a similar status also includes organizing summer holidays for schoolchildren; in Russia, this functionality usually falls on the shoulders of parents. The school organizer is responsible for the participation of children in various events - conferences, competitions, rallies and exhibitions. Particular attention is paid here personal growth teacher.

Qualification requirements in Belarus

If the responsibilities of a teacher-organizer in schools in Belarus and Russia are similar, then the requirements for him are significantly different. In Russia, a teacher holding this position is required to have a higher pedagogical education, which can be replaced by secondary specialized education in combination with specialized retraining. Work experience in in this case does not play a role.

In lyceums, gymnasiums and colleges in Belarus, the requirements for a teacher-organizer are much higher; he must have the highest teacher education, otherwise he simply will not be allowed to work. They simply won’t hire anyone for this position, since planning and implementing cultural and leisure activities is a very responsible process.

Risks for the teacher

The combination of two responsible positions never passes without leaving a trace. If the teacher successfully fulfills the duties of a teacher-organizer, life safety at school can be taught carelessly. It doesn’t matter what subject he teaches, if harmony is not achieved, the teacher’s lessons will be aimless and uninteresting. That is why school administrations try to allocate a separate rate for this functionality or attract an experienced teacher who has a long-established teaching process to the position of organizer.

As a means at hand, such a teacher can use his assistants from among the most responsible high school students, to whom certain functions can be delegated. At first you will have to monitor the implementation of assigned tasks, but in the future it will pay off handsomely.
