Alternative opinion: why I don't like The Last of Us. Does yoga always lead to health: an alternative opinion What yoga is not

There is little evidence to date on whether—or how much—lifestyle factors influence the course of glaucoma.

And what do American experts think about this? To what extent are they committed to the recommendations of strict regulation of eye strain? To what extent does the lifestyle chosen by a person affect the individual course of his glaucoma?

T. Pickering writes:

“People are becoming more and more interested in knowing how their lifestyle affects their health. Glaucoma patients want to help themselves and save their vision by any means other than medication and surgery

Traditionally it has been thought that lifestyle choices do not play a role in the course of glaucoma, but studies recent years show that lifestyle factors can affect intraocular pressure, a major risk factor for glaucoma.

However, today there is still little data on the real level of influence of such lifestyle factors on glaucoma.

For example, factors that increase intraocular pressure may not necessarily increase the risk of glaucoma, and factors that lower intraocular pressure may not protect the eyes from developing glaucoma.

Sustained lowering of intraocular pressure is the most important part of glaucoma treatment, and lifestyle changes only complements achieved

.

Physical exercise: Outdoor exercise helps to lower intraocular pressure, but there is no evidence of scientific research in this direction among patients with glaucoma, so you should first of all be guided by the opinion of your general practitioner.

Weightlifting exercises can increase eye pressure, especially if breathing is held; but this is a feature of this kind of exercise, and their effects are generally positive.

Yoga: Head-down positions can increase intraocular pressure and are not recommended for patients with glaucoma.

Wind instruments with high resistance (resistance): playing instruments such as oboe and trumpet increases intraocular pressure.

marijuana use: Smoking marijuana can lower intraocular pressure. However, due to the short duration of effect (3-4 hours), its side effects and the lack of evidence of changes in the course of glaucoma, it is not recommended for patients with glaucoma.

Alcohol: For a short time, intraocular pressure may indeed decrease, but there is evidence that daily alcohol consumption is associated with an increase in intraocular pressure. Alcohol consumption does not appear to be associated with an increased risk of glaucoma.

Smoking: Studies have shown that cigarette smoking increases the risk of glaucoma and generally has a negative impact on eye health.

Caffeine: Drinking coffee briefly increases intraocular pressure. A small cup of natural coffee is great, but overdoing it is not the best choice. It has been shown that 5 or more cups of natural coffee increase the risk of severe glaucoma.

In general, lifestyle choices can affect intraocular pressure and can change the risk of severe glaucoma. Since there is not yet enough clinical data to make lifestyle recommendations for people with glaucoma, you should consult with your doctor about whether the type of activity that seems attractive to you is right for you.

Thus, the choice of the lifestyle of a patient with glaucoma seems to be the prerogative of the patient himself and his attending physician. The author only dottedly outlines possible risk areas. Such caution is fully justified by the lack of a high-quality evidence base for risks - after all, the course of glaucoma in patients is strictly individual.

We still recommend that the patient with glaucoma follow the principle of " Do no harm! and avoid anything that may aggravate the course of the disease in one way or another. To do this, of course, it is necessary to think over each step and carefully control your condition.

.

As can be seen, smoking, caffeine and physical exercises with sudden changes in head position are unequivocally forbidden, other risk factors (for example, among professional wind players) should be considered individually based on the picture of the disease.

We have to admit that today there is no strict regulation of a healthy lifestyle for a specific disease - glaucoma - enshrined in law.

Restrictions are more often advisory in nature and are largely dictated by the local geographic and political characteristics of the country (for example, state policy to combat the use of psychoactive substances, state policy to protect the health of the nation, the culture of physical health, the attitude of society towards chronically ill people).

“As they were walking and talking along the way, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared, and separated them both, and Elijah was carried away in a whirlwind into heaven…” 2 Kings 2:11.

Andrei Lvovich came out of the tent, stretched sweetly and, without having time to cover his eyes with his hand, received a fair portion of sand right in the face. The wind did not stop for the second hour, which made it difficult to clear and extract fossil animal bones. This is a very tricky business that requires concentration. And here ... Ten meters per second - and full pockets of silicon rock mixed with thorns.

What a performance! Therefore, it was decided to stop the excavations and rest. Dinosaurs aren't going anywhere. Millions of years have been waiting and will suffer a little more ...

Six days of travel by rail shook the soul. But the smoky carriages, filled to overflowing with a motley audience, turned out to be a blessing in relation to the sweltering heat and the caravan of camels that took them to their destination for three days. If then Andrey Lvovich had been told that this trip would change his scientific outlook, he would not have believed it. In his dogmatic mind of a professor of paleontology, there would hardly have been a place for the crazy postulate that the objective statement "science has proven" is just a subjective delusion, based on the whole on the illusory nature of the perceived picture.

But let's go back to the beginning of our story and see where this Railway will lead us.

... The day before yesterday they were unheard of lucky. Truly the Gobi desert is a treasure trove for scientific research. If in 1961, through the efforts of the Mongolian and Chinese comrades, a very small number of limbs and skulls of ancient reptiles were discovered, representing scientific interest, then from the beginning of the sixty-second, luck itself went into the hands and the finds became more valuable.

Over the past three weeks, they've unearthed, cleaned, and packaged a complete Probactrosaurus skeleton. And the day before yesterday, Peter and Marina stumbled upon the bone frame of a giant ankylosaurus. The age of the finds is tens or even hundreds of millions of years.

Andrei Lvovich grimaced from the incessant sand attack, and while visibility allowed, he decided to walk towards the excavations, fenced around the perimeter with a cloth net. The wrist watch "Rocket", donated by Comrade Efremov from the Paleontological Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences, showed eight hours forty-five minutes in the evening. Soon night. It gets dark quickly in the Gobi. Another half an hour - and without a lantern the road cannot be found.

Ankle-deep sand bogged down, and laughter, loud talking and guitar playing could be heard from the tents. People used the natural confusion for rest and recuperation. Working in forty-degree heat is, you know, a civic feat.

Andrei Lvovich took out a pack of Herzegovina Flores, Comrade Stalin's favorite cigarettes, lit a match, hid the fire in his palm and lit up. At the moment, due to the illness of their leader Chudinov, he, acting as a senior, personally controlled the progress of the work. As a prominent figure in his field, the professor understood the importance of their discovery for scientific research. Amazingly preserved bones of prehistoric animals will serve for the benefit of Soviet science!

The professor took another puff and out of the corner of his eye saw that a man was sitting about ten meters from the last tent and, not noticing him, was dreamily looking at the darkening sky. A distinctive feature of the southern latitudes: the sun has not yet set below the horizon, and the moon has already gone out for a night walk. The man was not a member of the expedition, but he clearly had nothing to do with his Mongolian colleagues, judging by his pronounced European appearance.

The paleontologist adjusted his glasses and, narrowing his eyes, peered once more into the stranger's face. But without recognizing in him an employee of the "expeditionary corps of the eagles of Russia", as he liked to call their detachment, he moved straight towards him. The scientist came from the back, like a true tracker. And he walked as quietly as possible in order to approach unnoticed as close as possible. The wind and the sound of shifting sand drowned out his footsteps. However, before reaching a man about five meters, the paleontologist stopped. The reason was simple: the plan of surprise appearance failed.

The stranger, catching movement behind him, turned around and smiled affably.

Good evening, - he said in Russian without an accent.

Tanned face said that the sun is not the first time he pays special attention. A well-fitting shabby cotton suit and a backpack that fit well on a sports body clearly betrayed a traveler in him.

Kind, - the scientist answered automatically and peered into the features of the tanned face.
The nose is straight, the lips are plump, the eyes are blue with a veil.

The stranger smiled even wider. He stood up springily, squared his broad shoulders, and held out his hand to Andrey Lvovich.

My name is Ilya, - he introduced himself clearly in the army, which made a positive impression on the professor, who also served, and therefore respected people with bearing.

Andrey Lvovich, - the paleontologist said and shook the outstretched hand, - sorry, but ...

Yes, I didn't mean to scare you, sorry. I am a traveller. Our group of five, including a guide, explores the local flora and fauna. As well as the culture and mentality of the Mongolian people in the conditions of desert living. The hike is sanctioned by the Ministry of Culture together with the Peoples' Friendship Institute. We have been living here for six days, and recently we learned that you are standing a few kilometers from us and conducting excavations. So I came to get acquainted, to explore, so to speak.

Ilya's appearance was pleasant, and his smooth speech was conducive to trust. Andrei Lvovich offered him a cigarette, which the new acquaintance politely refused.

Thank you, I don't smoke, I quit, - he said with a boyish smile. - And I advise you. Lung cancer is no joke.
- You're right. The habit, it should be noted, is vile. But in this deserted place, where there is only desert and thorns, you don’t know what will bring you to the grave faster: cigarettes, sunny heat or the smell of beasts of burden. I still don’t understand how the Mongolian brothers rub it. However, let's sit down, there is no truth at the feet, - the scientist said and flopped down on the sand. Ilya sat next to me.

Continuing to inhale tobacco smoke, Andrey Lvovich noticed that a new acquaintance was constantly fingering black beads with his fingers.
- What do you have? - the paleontologist has taken an interest.
- It? Beads. It helps a lot when you quit smoking. Hands are constantly busy, and the process of healing the body is less painful.
- What are you, but I did not know. I'll try it the next time I drop it.
- Remember Mark Twain? - and Ilya quoted: "There is nothing easier than quitting smoking - I myself have done it dozens of times."
- You know, - Andrei Lvovich supported him. - I like his other catchphrase: "I made it a rule never to smoke more than one cigarette at a time".

Both laughed.

The professor, confirming the dogmatic nature of the proclaimed postulate, lit a new cigarette and inhaled deeply.

Elijah spoke first.

May I ask what you want to find here?
- No secrets. At the bottom of this pit is perhaps the oldest and best preserved skeleton of a prehistoric animal that frolicked millions of years ago.
- Really?
- Yes my friend. This is the find of the century - and the ring cloud of tobacco smoke broke free.

Ilya followed him with a thoughtful look and continued:
- Tell me, Andrei Lvovich, what do you want to get from your finds? More precisely, what benefit will this discovery bring to you personally and to humanity as a whole?
- Excuse me, - the scientist smiled at the short-sightedness of the interlocutor. - I told you. This is the only well-preserved ankylosaurus skeleton of its kind. Here, see for yourself. It's a miracle.

The sun, which has not yet set below the horizon, focused a spot of light on the specified object. Ilya tilted his head, looked and smiled.
- Miracle, dear Andrei Lvovich, unfortunately, is in a different plane. And this,” Ilya pointed down with his finger, “is just bones.
- No, dear. You did not understand. These are not "just bones", but the remains of a prehistoric animal. A perfectly preserved skeleton hundreds of millions of years old,” the professor repeated nervously.
- Hundreds of millions? Are you sure? - already more seriously, but with some mischievous twinkle in his eyes asked Ilya.
- I can be wrong in tens. But in general, I think a hundred million for sure.

Ilya spread his hands, then clapped his hands and looked into the darkening sky.
- What time is it now? he asked suddenly.

The scientist looked at the dial of his famous watch and reported: "Exactly nine o'clock in the evening. What?"
“Nine in the evening,” Ilya said thoughtfully. - Andrey Lvovich, would you like, within a short period of time, I will try to prove that these bones are no more than ... six thousand years old?
- This? - the scientist pointed to the hole.
- Precisely with this, - Ilya answered and smiled again.

Andrei Lvovich looked at his interlocutor, trying to understand whether he was joking or not.

My friend! Yes, any scholar, looking at this - and the scientist again pointed to the bones - will say that they are millions of years old.
- Schoolboy - maybe. But you are a scientist.
- And what follows from this? - clarified the "learned man", not understanding where his interlocutor was driving. - Are you saying that dinosaurs did not exist millions of years ago?
- A little different, Professor. I agree with you and with the whole scientific world that dinosaurs existed and that they were huge, as you describe them. The fact is obvious - the bones in the grave. I just want to try to disprove the theory that they died out millions of, as you say, years ago. That's all. I'm willing to bet.
- Six thousand years?! Well, that's funny. No, you can't argue with science.
- You shouldn't think so. I’m ready to argue with science, - now Ilya spoke quite seriously, and there was no trace of his boyish white-toothed smile.
- If you are ready to represent science in our dispute here and now, I am ready to start. And I even agree, if I bet, to give my rosary, which, I see, you really liked. Well, if I can convince you, you will fulfill one of my small desires. How are you, professor? Is it coming?
- What wish? - Andrey Lvovich clarified, getting excited.
- Well, let's say I ask you to publish our conversation in a report to your leadership. Perhaps it will be interesting for people of science to read that there is an alternative opinion on some specific issues.
- Well, it's even interesting! I am sure that you will not be able to convince me because this is utter absurdity. But your rosary really appealed to me. And let's! We bet! I'd love to hear your, uh, theory.

Loud as a shot, the clap of the palms and a firm handshake meant: the bet was made.

Elijah started first.
- Theory? No, dear Andrei Lvovich. scientific theory- it's up to you. You scientists build theories. And I just know. But let's move forward.
- Come on, - the paleontologist enthusiastically answered, accepting the game and mentally anticipating how victoriously he would "break" this upstart tourist. Elijah continued:
- You must have heard about radiocarbon analysis - a method for determining the age of fossils.
- Well, of course, it is he who confirms the correctness of my words.
- Unfortunately, no, comrade scientist.
- Why? The professor raised his right eyebrow. This happened to him automatically when he heard obvious nonsense and was ready to oppose.
- But because the half-life of radioactive carbon is just over five thousand seven hundred years. It is for this period that you can predict the age of fossil bones, and the rest, excuse me, is extrapolation and induction.
“Interesting,” Andrey Lvovich said, “may I ask where you got such extensive knowledge on this issue?”
- Doesn't matter, let's say, studied in the distant past. So we continue? - Ilya slyly looked at the paleontologist.
- Well, please.
- So here it is. According to extrapolation, you draw a conclusion from observations on one part of the phenomenon and transfer it to another part that cannot be investigated. You measure where available and assume that where it is not available, that is the case. Unfortunately no.

Andrei Lvovich chuckled, but did not interrupt.
- So, - the traveler stated, - this method is not always applicable. Your colleagues have been observing and studying nature for several hundred years. But at the same time, they try to build forecasts for a billion by extrapolation. Then, according to the established tradition, induction is added to extrapolation with its form of logical reasoning from the particular to the general. But what they don't realize is that, taken together, these methods only give certainty under certain conditions. Millions of factors that do not depend on each other affect the final result.
“Give me an example, my dear,” the professor demanded ironically.

Ilya looked at the rosary being sorted out and continued:
- An example? Please. You went out of the tent in the morning to drink water and saw that there was a bucket under the tap of the tank, drop by drop filled with life-giving moisture, which overflowed. And then it dawned on you. Knowing the volume of the bucket, the volume of the water drop, and the rate of fall, you can calculate how long it takes for the bucket to become full. Five minutes of mathematics - and the answer is ready. Fifteen hours thirty-two minutes. This is an extrapolation. But! You left out one of a million factors. Ten minutes ago, not fifteen hours, Masha came up to the tap. And while everyone was sleeping, I collected a bucket - in one minute. Then she turned off the faucet, but not tightly, and the drops began to drip, giving the appearance that it was gaining. In fact, ninety-nine percent of the bucket filled with water in sixty seconds because there was a strong pressure. And the remaining one percent is what you saw, and by induction made a conclusion.

Elijah clapped his hands and laughed out loud.

How do you like an example? Yes, all paleontology is built from the effect to the cause.
- Well, you turned down, dear. Listen to you, all science is a myth.
- Not. I just want to show you that scientific knowledge is not unlimited and not absolute. In fact, science is a factory for the production of slogans. "Scientists have proved", "scientists have said", "scientists have deduced". And as a result - a bare theory and a system of knowledge for describing the totality of phenomena.
- Let me, let me. But what about proven facts?
- Axiomatics. the usual axiomatic. Truth without evidence. There is no foundation. There is no basis. The axiom itself is a relative thing. After all, if we take it as an axiom that these bones are a million years old, then the Universe should be at least tens of billions.
- Do you doubt that too? - Andrei Lvovich's eyebrow did not just go up, it "fluttered" like a bird's wing. Up down.
- You are not? Elijah lowered his eyes and shook his head thoughtfully. - It's a pity.
"Well, that's too much," said the professor.
- Not at all, - the unusual tourist looked Andrei Lvovich straight in the eyes.
He, in turn, looked at his interlocutor with surprise.
But what about the theory? big bang? - said the scientist. Does she make you sarcastic too?
- That's it, again the theory. According to the scientific model, the universe is over ten billion years old. But I want to assure you, she is not even ten thousand.
- Absurd.
- Alas, dear professor. On what is all the confidence of scientists based? You explore what is available to you, then test it with experiments and extend it to the past that is not available to you. Everything is based on axioms.
- So you want to say that the age of the universe is ten thousand years? The basis of the statement - the changed physical laws of the past?
- Not only laws, - Ilya shook the sand from his knees. - Everything was different. You do not take into account at all that earlier and the pace of time was different.
- Wait, my friend. You didn't answer clearly. question asked. The universe is ten thousand years old?
- If we are talking about a material three-dimensional abode, then a little less than six.
- Brad! I'm sorry, but I can't express myself in any other way, - the professor took off his glasses, wiped them nervously and put them back in place.
- Do not rush to draw conclusions, Andrey Lvovich. Conclusions are correct only when the assumptions are correct. Time and space, since we have smoothly moved from dinosaurs to the universe, are not fully understood. And believe me, there will be no significant changes in this century. Time is relatively objective. For example, with phenomena close to the speed of light, it generally behaves differently. A flow of three hundred thousand kilometers per second changes it.
- Wait a minute, - Andrei Lvovich interrupted him, - you said that "in this century there will be no changes." How to understand you?

Ilya smiled.
- Andrei Lvovich! Let's not lose the thread of the conversation, we will discuss secondary aspects later. We continue. The pace of time is unknown to all of us. Are you sure that earlier, say, six thousand years ago, these rates were the same as they are now? No. No one observed the process of generation. So, dear professor, I want you, as a scientist, to open one terrible secret. Our Universe is five thousand seven hundred and sixty five years old. And the statement about billions is only a belief, but not a proven scientific fact. I am sure that you will not find a notary public all over the world who, as evidence, has the metrics of our material abode with you in a safe.
Ilya smiled, but Andrei Lvovich was not laughing. He, a world-famous scientist, sits opposite the "profane boy" and listens to his nonsense.
“Listen, Ilya,” the paleontologist turned to him, trying to be calm. - Do you really think that all science is based on assumptions and axioms?
- Absolutely right, dear guru, it's nice to communicate with an intelligent person.
- Yeah. But excuse me, but what about the singularity point? Or was she not?
- It depends on what you mean by the point of singularity. If the origin of the "big bang" that created matter, then no. And if the beginning of the process of "creation", then yes.
- I do not understand what creation? - asked the scientist, again adjusting his glasses on his nose.

Ilya looked at him with clear blue eyes and asked a completely unexpected question.
- Andrei Lvovich, tell me, do you believe in God?
“Ah, there it is,” the paleontologist replied in a serious tone. - I'm still thinking where you're driving. No, dear. A scientist, an intelligent Soviet person, a professor cannot and should not believe in any God. These are all relics of the past.
- Clearly, opium for the people. And tell me, Andrei Lvovich, in which God do you not believe?
- Like what God? - the scientist did not understand.
- You said you don't believe in God. Describe which God you don't believe in.
- Weird question. Well, in this one. In the image and likeness. How is it ... Grandfather with a beard. Adam blinded, then Eve. Created the earth, the sun. Yes, fairy tales are what you really are. We have already launched a satellite into space, and you are preaching about God.

Ilya smiled.
- And you know, Andrei Lvovich, I don’t believe in such a flawed God as you just described. I'm talking about the Great Universal Mind, which, being out of time, out of space, and in general in a different objective state, created this insanely beautiful world. Just turn on your abstract imagination and imagine that before entering our three-dimensional dimension, the material citadel had a completely different structure. And it developed according to completely different laws, with different speeds.
Ilya swallowed his saliva.
- Imagine. All that surrounds you is not there. And you are an outside observer, stand by yourself and look. And suddenly, out of nothing, like from a magician's hat, our Earth appears. Only it rotates around its axis not as it is now, but at a speed close to the speed of light, and all processes on it and outside it move in the same way. A little time passes, and things begin to slow down. But during the period when the laws of another world dominated the universe, the Earth went through a cycle lasting a billion years. Can we prove or disprove this? No. Then neither you nor anyone else was in the world. Science, as the genius of material progress, builds models of Existence and develops materiality as a whole. But scientific knowledge is not unlimited and not absolute. Science explains creation by intuition, conjecture, mostly prediction, using the power of this or that individual. In fact, everything is much more complicated. Believe me, dear Andrey Lvovich, very little time will pass, and science will look at things in a completely different way.

Ilya stretched, threw his hands behind his head and dreamily looked at the night star.
- Firstly, - the tourist interrupted the protracted silence, - she, science, will understand that the three genes that separate a person from a monkey are not a process of evolution. This is the process of involution, where a man - lost, and not a monkey - gained. Secondly, answering the question about the Universe, science will ask what it actually knows about it. If only three percent of the surrounding matter is clear to her, then ninety-seven percent is what? Or maybe who? How can one try to assert something in such a situation and proportions of "I know - I don't know"? At least it's not modest. Well, and thirdly, and this is the most important thing. It is science that will prove that God exists. Of course, this will not be the same God that you have painted for yourself in the communist worldview. This will be the God of creation. God who created our world and supports it every moment. The God who created the laws of nature and the processes of Being. This is the kind of God science will reveal to you.

The paleontologist was surprised to notice that the wind suddenly subsided.
- Well, now it's time to say goodbye, my dear professor, - Ilya stood up and threw his backpack over his shoulder. - I see that I failed to convince you, yes, to be honest, and such a goal was not set. In order to make you believe what I have said now, at this time, in this place, it would take at least a miracle, but a miracle is a one-time phenomenon. The creation of our world is a miracle. Only science tries to level it as an anachronism and attribute it to the "big bang" theory. Bach, bang - and from inanimate matter a reasonable person turned out. Yes, my good scientist friend. The creation of the world lies outside the theories of scientific aspects. It is not explored. And in order to understand and accept, you just need to go beyond the framework of standard thinking.

Ilya approached the paleontologist and, fraternally hugging him, shook his hand tightly.
- Farewell, buddy. In this world, we will never see you again. But know that there are other places where I will be glad to receive you and continue our conversation. Only then will you be ready for it.

***
Andrei Lvovich stood under the gray Mongolian sky.

Going through the rosary remaining after the handshake, he looked after his recent interlocutor, still waiting for a miracle.

And suddenly something happens. Suddenly he will disappear, dissolve into the air, ascend the heavenly stairs straight to the abode of the one about whom he so selflessly talked. Then perhaps the professor will believe this crazy story.

But the fairy tale did not happen, and the report that there was an alternative view never saw the light of day.

Miracle?! Indeed, a miracle is a one-time phenomenon.

If at that very moment Andrei Lvovich looked at his wristwatch, he would be surprised to find that the hands, smoothly sliding along the dial, show exactly nine o'clock in the evening, just like thirty minutes ago.

I do not like The Last of Us. I spent a lot of time playing this game and I can say with all responsibility that it is a miracle how good it is. I readily recognize all its many virtues, I understand what causes both the high marks of the press and the rave reviews of fans. But I don't love her.

Maybe it's because of the high expectations. If I hadn't known that this was the universally recognized game of the year and an almost unanimous "ten out of ten", I probably would have reacted to it much warmer. But I hoped to see an unconditional masterpiece - and my impression was spoiled by blunders, unforgivable for a "masterpiece".

These are not some large and well-marked errors - these are small flaws in the details. They are easy to forgive and even easier to miss altogether. That is why they often go unnoticed. But for some - like me - they can ruin the whole game.

To hell with objectivity and fair assessments. What is good about The Last of Us, you already know, and if you don’t know, you can find out from. And here we have a note of concentrated irritation - about what is bad in The Last of Us. About those seemingly forgivable things, because of which I do not like The Last of Us.

About the importance of boxes

Even in the prologue of The Last of Us, I met two unpleasant facts that instantly spoiled my mood. The first one: Joel can't climb over boxes. Well, he doesn’t know how and he doesn’t know how, to hell with him - Geralt can’t oppose anything either to boxes or fences, and the game doesn’t get any worse from this. But! Joel still knows how to climb over some boxes. Through special, story boxes, which are no different from the rest - except for the fact that you can climb over them.

The claim is quite ridiculous and looks far-fetched - tea, we don’t play in Uncharted and we don’t play in Prince of Persia, what difference does it make what you can climb over and what you can’t? And, of course, the problem is really not in the boxes - the problem is that they destroy the picture of the world and interfere with trust.

What can be climbed over here, and what cannot? It's impossible to tell by sight.

From the very first frames of the prologue, I was fascinated by the game. I felt Joel's every move on the screen and seemed to be able to even guess what he was thinking right now. It's not him, but I was sneaking around the yard littered with rubbish, trying not to catch the eye of the bandits. The road to my destination was blocked by a bunch of boxes - and Joel, not very deftly, but confidently, pulled himself up on his hands and climbed over them. I looked around the second part of the yard, went to the second pile of boxes.

And the obsession dissipated. All my senses were screaming at me that the smuggler should do the same thing that he did a couple of seconds ago - grab, pull himself up and climb in order to inspect the road further ... But the invisible director had long decided that at this stage of this level, Joel would silently go into the passage between the boxes - directly towards the waiting enemies. A stupid and illogical decision, which I did not expect from my hero.

There are a lot of broken windows all around. But give Joel exactly one thing, concrete and necessary.

If Joel had climbed over the “story” container at least in a scripted video, I would have realized that this is a common game convention and would not have paid attention to it. But the game gave me the false impression that I did it, that I can do it. If the story box differed from the non-story box at least in color, I would have decided that these are the rules in the game, and put the embarrassing moment out of my head. But no, the hero refused to climb for no apparent reason. It became somehow uncomfortable. "Something's wrong here."

director's vision

The unfortunate box was only the first manifestation of a common problem. The Last of Us perfectly combines the story with the gameplay and gives the player the opportunity to feel part of the story - but only as long as the player's vision matches the director's. One has only not to understand the intended role - and blunders will come out, which at first cause bewilderment, and then a sigh and the phrase: “Again they didn’t guess right.”

If you run into the military, you can get in the teeth, and even get a bullet. But by "running up" in the game is understood only "to shove forward, trying to push them away."

When Ellie first sees the fireflies, she stops and starts watching them. At this point, the unsuspecting Joel usually calmly runs forward. The authors correctly foresaw the player's natural reaction - to notice that Ellie is not around, turn around, go back and, as a result, see a girl enthusiastically looking at insects. It's right, it's natural, it's realistic - that's what Joel did, that's what almost any of us would do.

But what they did not foresee is that Joel may not be touched and not want to enter into a short conversation with Ellie on the topic “have you never seen fireflies?”. I did not want to - I turned around and ran on. Ellie called after me, and the smuggler answered her on the run. It looked incredibly stupid.

Somewhere at this stage, I realized that if the characters got it into their heads to talk, it's better to sit and listen until they finish. Whether it is not enough what script then will be launched.

Sometimes it gets really sad. Once, according to the director's idea, the hero had to sneak along the wall and overhear the conversation of two soldiers - the usual "There is no one here, let's get out of here." I slightly lost control, and my Joel did not walk along the wall, but away from it. He hid behind a cinder block lying on the road, waited for half an hour until the soldiers left, then got involved in a shootout, died ... And then the second time he caught the ill-fated script and found out that the shootout could have been easily avoided.

Terms and Conditions

All this is really trifles - after all, where are there no such blunders? But one little thing is enough to blur the overall picture - and, detail by detail, each time there was something that did not allow me to believe in what was happening and feel the story. And fifteen minutes did not pass, so that some trifle did not swim into the field of view and did not make you wince.

The further the infection goes, and the more "mushroom" in the infected, the stronger and faster it becomes - although logically it should be the other way around.

Moreover, no matter how paradoxical it may sound, the ill-fated invulnerable and invisible partners who calmly walk through traps and gallop past the most wary enemies (they were scolded almost everywhere for this) didn’t bother me at all. Yes, damn it, this is a gaming convention, and there really is no getting away from it. Ellie, who we hypothetically need to protect, is actually much safer than us, but personally I can’t imagine how to get rid of this - if the teammates really needed to be protected, I would hang myself in the first half hour of the game.

What irritates much more is the conventions of balance, because it was quite possible to avoid them. Why is a sharpened half of scissors only enough for one or two enemies? Why does a machete break so fast like it's plywood instead of steel? If the hatchet turns into trash in half a dozen blows - what, excuse me, could they cut down? Couldn't there have been more logical and plausible ways to limit the hero's "terminatorism"?

Lots of life from nothing

Not that these conventions are unpleasant in themselves - they just do not add any credibility to the local world. And there isn't much of it anyway.

The local story is strong with living characters, sincere emotions and truthful relationships, but otherwise it is the most ordinary post-apocalypse. Yes, well-made and beautifully staged, but nothing stands out - because it relies on the same clichés as any other post-apocalypse before it. Many facts are taken for granted simply because "everywhere is like that."

"Claws in one direction, pliers in the other." Steel pipes shatter like glass, without surviving even ten blows.

Here, for example, residents of quarantine zones live in collapsed high-rise buildings, obey the army, go out to public useful work and receive food stamps... At first glance, this seems to work great. But where does the food that the soldiers give out come from? The agriculture shown in the game is quite expected to work to zero - people feed themselves. Where then do the "extra" rations come from for - let's call a spade a spade - parasites from the city? From the secret bins of the motherland? Well, they stocked up so that for twenty years it would be possible to produce nothing.

Joel is killing a lot of time trying to find a somehow working car battery - and this is logical. But at the same time, the army is driving with might and main on trucks and SUVs - from where? Why haven't these trucks and SUVs evolved in twenty years into what any vehicle becomes without proper maintenance? Why hasn't the fuel run out yet, why haven't the last parts gone to the landfill? There is no industry and it is not expected, there is nowhere to pump oil from, there is nowhere to repair mechanisms.

Either the infected manage not to die for a long time without food and water, or they constantly replenish their ranks at the expense of the survivors. In this case, everything is not so bad for the latter - they manage to breed themselves and keep the "mushrooms" from extinction.

Actually, such a problem is common to all post-apocalypses - the thirteenth asylum would also hardly be able to live up to the adventures of the chosen one - so TLoU can really be called one of the most thoughtful post-apocalypses in the world ... But the victory is technical. Simply because "everywhere is even worse." The recognized masterpiece went through the same set of rakes as its predecessors. It's fucking sad.

* * *

It is for these reasons that I am annoyed by the mass praise of TLoU for "the most carefully designed world" and "the perfect combination of story and gameplay." In a carefully thought-out world, there is no question: “How can this even work?” With the perfect combination of plot and gameplay, the first of them cannot take the second by the scruff of the neck and put it in the right place when it pleases.

This is a good game. No, really, it's a great game that fully deserves its high ratings and "Game of the Year". But, contrary to popular belief, it does not make the impossible possible, does not break insurmountable barriers, does not open up new horizons for video games. Naughty Dog just made better then, which has already been tried a thousand times before them. There is nothing supernatural in this. And it seems to me that The Last of Us is being praised not at all for what it would be worth praising.

Due to the fact that your wonderful resource provides a voice for expressing any point of view (and responding to the request of a dear teh-nomad), let me support the downtrodden liberal minority in your ranks. I will try as tactfully as possible (without resorting to vocabulary typical of a liberal environment) to express the position of this sector of participants in political battles, although I do not like to speak on behalf of everyone. However, as it was rightly noted, it is now clearly visible that the resource is turning into a conservative platform, and I will have to come up with an opinion that is alternative to the general mood. If I am mistaken in something, I earnestly ask worthy representatives of the liberal (!) public to point out my errors.

So, at present, our position basically looks like making endless claims to the authorities of the country, as well as to everyone who disagrees with us. This is not an end in itself - we know for sure what we want, but now it is not possible to achieve this without such a struggle.

For us, the most important thing is quality. As a rule, we get enough to afford quality consumption. However, the problem is that here and in modern conditions it is not yet possible to achieve an adequate level of quality. In our opinion, qualified in this matter, decent quality can only be offered to us in Europe, North America, as well as in Japan, South Korea and Australia with New Zealand. We intuitively feel that these countries have reached this transcendental (we hope that only for now) level thanks to their correct policies in the economic and other fields. It is very difficult to explain: we do not know exactly, but we are sure of it.

We believe that if Russia follows the same path, then in time it will be able to grow into these successful powers. In addition, we often hear how good advice comes from these countries so that the path to prosperity for the country goes as easily and quickly as possible. We (well, or at least the vast majority of us) do not question any of them, since we believe that the locomotives of world progress act exclusively from good and unselfish motives. Successful powers are simply, by definition, incapable of villainy - although we do not know for sure, we are absolutely sure of this.

We see a great many like-minded people: by going to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram; reading "Snob", "Edge", "LiveJournal"; listening to "Echo of Moscow", watching "Rain" and even meeting them on "Lepre", "Habré" and "Computerra"! Of course, leaving the virtual, we usually meet people who are unfriendly to our point of view, communication with which is fraught with conflicts. But we prefer to conduct discussions in a virtual environment, not because we are afraid to express claims to the interlocutor in person, but simply because we actively use the benefits of technological progress. Moreover, it is obvious here that even despite the abundance of Russian-speaking friends from Europe, the USA, Canada and even Israel, there are much more of us than our opponents. That is why we think that we have a priority over others to express our opinion. Of course, we did not calculate the number thoroughly, but we are 100% sure of this.

We remember what a terrible life we led under the Soviet Union. Hopelessly gray everyday life, without the slightest hope for tomorrow. Many connoisseurs of quality consumption were persecuted by the authorities. Those who could not earn money for a luxurious thing and provided some services for it, ended up in the KGB. Those who could afford a high level of quality in life were pursued by an even more terrible service - OBKhSS. Memories of those times are very vague, but we do not doubt it.

After the collapse of the USSR, people came to power in our country who, with the help of foreign friends, strictly followed the right course. Thanks to them, many people (including themselves, of course) have achieved personal success, and their well-being has greatly increased. These successful people were able to reach the unattainable for Soviet man consumption level. Of course, at that time there were many problems. There were hunger rallies of former Soviet citizens who did not fit into the market. There were numerous terrible accidents in industry, in transport, as well as massive blackouts of electricity, water and heating due to obsolete Soviet equipment. There were armed clashes across the country due to the archaic Soviet system of government. All these problems were gradually solved and life quickly improved. We all remember how an abundance of high-quality foreign products appeared on store shelves. We remember how boring TV programs and poor films in the cinema were replaced by great shows and breathtaking videos. We also remember how we began to go on unforgettable tours abroad. And of course we remember how they moved from Soviet squalor to used (and whoever was lucky, completely new) computers. A new, joyful, successful future awaited us. We didn't know for sure, but we were sure of it.

However, on the fateful night of 2000, the power in the country quietly changed, and gradually it deviated from the correct course. A man came who eliminated competition in power and took the government of the state under his personal control. Since then, more and more people have started talking about corruption and theft in power structures, the arbitrariness of law enforcement officers, the oppression of the free press, and the robbery of honest business. Obviously, all these phenomena were the result of changes in power, since no one had even mentioned anything like this before. We don't remember exactly, but we have no doubt about it.

Now, as it seems to us, our problem is that Russia inattentively listens (and recently even perceives openly with hostility) good advice and affectionate criticism from countries that speak on behalf of the world community. We resolutely reject all insinuations about the redistribution of world sales markets and other nonsense: successful people always know better how to act, and countries that do not follow their recommendations inevitably fail or become isolated. If the leadership does not listen to the voice of reason from abroad and continues to persist, the world community (well, or people who call themselves that) will decide to investigate the motives for such strange behavior and will inevitably come to the conclusion that the current leadership of the country for some reason ( whether corruption, dictatorship, suppression of dissidents or other crimes against what is now called democracy) will be considered unworthy to govern the territory entrusted to him, and then he will be severely but fairly punished. We are afraid to think about it, but we are sure of it.

We are afraid that then we will also suffer, since we will no longer be able to receive high-quality goods and services from developed countries just because we also belong to a punishable part of the world. This means that we will have to change from private cars to cramped public transport. This means that instead of tasty and healthy foreign food, you will have to choke on harmful and inedible domestic food. This means that instead of a quality foreign spectacle, you will have to miss something dreary and domestic. And it means a lot more. Of course, we do not know all this for sure, but for some reason we are sure of this.

In our unanimous opinion, only one person is responsible for our present and future problems - the one who turned the country's course in the wrong (not even from our point of view, but from very authoritative foreign sources) direction. We believe that this person has done enough in his post and should be held accountable for what he did. As soon as he leaves his post, all the problems, in our opinion, generated by him, will immediately disappear. The state, we believe, should be headed by another politician who will be able to lead the state to success according to the recipes tested for decades by our Western partners. They can be smart and honest (as they claim) people removed from power in the 2000s, or new energetic fighters for a better quality life. With them, a new, joyful, successful future awaits us. We don't know for sure, but we're sure of it!

An unexpected video for me, however, like almost any video and information from Sergey Nikolaevich Lazarev, whom I really discovered for myself this summer, although I knew about him back in the early 90s.

Why is life sometimes unfair to decent and kind people? How to take good care of others? Under what conditions is the road to hell paved with good intentions? How to behave so as not to perish while helping others? How is it that evil people sometimes live better than good people? Why does society not support good people?

Many were in Moscow, at VDNKh, took pictures at the famous Friendship of Peoples fountain. Recall what this composition looks like: a round pool, along the outer perimeter there are girls representing agriculture from each union republic. In the center rises a large bowl, girded with three main crops. Bottom row - sunflower, middle - wheat, top - hemp!

How so? Why did Comrade Stalin assign such a significant place to "hash weed" in such a sacred monument? Very simple. Because hemp has always been the number one agricultural crop in Russia!

I want to propose the topic of gluten-free nutrition as one of the most important components proper nutrition in general and a factor that sharply prolongs active life in particular. The essence is the following.

In four types of cereals: wheat, rye, barley and oats are found in different amount component such as gluten or gluten. “It is a mixture of amino acids, glycopeptides, acid peptides, dialyzable and non-dialyzable peptides and enzymes with different properties, which are determined by both the main protein chain and the attached side chains of non-protein conjugates, and therefore different in physical and physico-chemical properties. Perhaps, therefore, it is not surprising that its identification has not yet been carried out” / see. monograph, ed. Lessof, translation into Russian, publishing house "Medicine" Moscow, 1986 "Clinical reactions to food" /.

There are a lot of interesting things in this monograph, and upon thoughtful reading, even unexpected for everyone who is interested not only in nutrition tactics, but also in strategy!

I learned that allergies are also a consequence of hypoxia during childbirth, caused by the so-called "obstetrics". Did you know about it?

Extract from scientific article Lavrentiev Alexander Vadimovich, (doctor allergist - immunologist, pulmonologist, pediatrician, Candidate medical sciences). "... factors that affect the supply of fetal tissues with oxygen also affect the timing of maturation and the characteristics of the formation of the child's immune response after birth, which, of course, matters. So in mothers of children with allergic pathology compared to the control group (healthy children) late toxicosis, threats of termination of pregnancy in the second or third trimester were more common, and the number of women who had ARVI in the second half of pregnancy was noticeably higher. Also in this group, there was a fairly high frequency of preterm birth, as well as hypoxia in childbirth.

I came across an unusual article on the dental site stom33.ru. Its unusualness is that, along with a set of articles and notes in the usual way about brushing teeth, caries, problems with bite, smell, etc., etc., it presents a point of view that is different from the traditional view. Firstly, it mentions a raw food diet as one of the facts of strong teeth of ancient people (proof of archaeologists), and secondly, it clearly conveys the idea that dental health is only a reflection of the health of internal organs (gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, liver, pancreas) and that it is pointless to try to maintain healthy teeth by healing regularly if the functional systems are not in order. By the way, the idea that everything in the body is interconnected and one organ cannot hurt, but you need to look at everything holistically, comes from the ancient healers, and is also fully supported by naturopathy. By the way, if any of the dentists told me about this relationship in those days when I was actively filling my teeth and asked every doctor about the reasons for their destruction already at the age of 20, I would have thought, but, alas ... And, thirdly, the relationship between rickets, caries and bone problems in general is shown. Plus some more revelations about the insufficiency of regular cleansing to achieve oral health, as well as self-healing teeth and about what kind of calcium teeth actually need. The continuation, announced at the end of the post a few days ago, turned out to be unexpected. I found the source and it surprised me:

Modern research suggests that an adult needs only 23-25 grams of protein per day. To replenish the used supply, you need 700 g of protein per month (!). However, the typical modern person consumes a huge amount of protein without even knowing it! For example, for breakfast, the average person eats scrambled eggs (porridge with milk, sandwiches with butter and cheese), for lunch - something meat or fish, and during breaks - milk, cottage cheese, yogurts, often in the evening there is also something on the menu. that's high protein. As a result, protein consumption by a person turns out to be several times more than required, forcing the body to spend precious Life energy, which could be used for cleansing (ie, self-healing). An excess of protein most often leads to digestive problems, because the body is not able to digest such an amount; as a result, rotten residues interfere with the work of the intestines, put a great strain on the kidneys, strain the pancreas, force the liver to work with a triple load, contribute to the emergence of many inflammatory, including chronic diseases, as well as the development of metabolic diseases (diabetes, obesity).

However, proteins (proteins), according to many modern researchers, are not a paramount important part of food. All its components are equally necessary and important: vitamins, microelements, carbohydrates, fatty acids, enzymes, fiber, water, etc.

Below is an insignificant partevidence-based materials on the dangers of dairy food, collected and systematized on the site http:// www. notmilk. com.Check it out if you still think dairy is healthy.

1. ALLERGY

" Indeed, a variety of diseases are associated with cow's milk and dairy products, including: poor digestion, low hemoglobin, diabetes in children, heart disease, atherosclerosis, arthritis, kidney stones, mood swings, depression, irritability, allergies ... " Townsend Medical Letter, May 1995

" Formula formula for infants is allergic to cow's milk proteins. Approximately 50-70% of them experience rashes or other signs of skin diseases, 50-60% of signs of gastritis, and 20-30% of breathing problems. The recommended therapy is to avoid consumption cow's milk." Pediatric-Allergy-Immunology, August 1994, 5 (5 Suppl.)

5. INFECTIOUS EAR DISEASES

"Milk allergies are common among children.... They are the leading causes of chronic ear infections. This 'plague' affects about 40% of all children under the age of 6." Julian Whitaker, M.D., "Health and Healing," October 1998, Volume 8, Number 10

" Cow's milk has become a point of contention among physicians and nutritionists. There was a time when milk was considered a highly desirable food, but research has forced us to rethink this recommendation... the dairy diet contributes to an increase in diseases, including chronic ear diseases... " Benjamin Spock, M.D., Child Welfare, 7th Edition

that man is the only mammal animal (meaning his biological body with its similar, other higher mammalian animals, metabolic biochemical processes) that consumes milk all his life, and not only during the period of breastfeeding by the mother, as it is, without exception , in all mammalian species in nature? Also, man is the only species in nature that uses the milk of other animal species for its nutrition! Isn't it weird and normal? This is a fact - there is an important reason to think about changing your life for the better.

Isn't this fact already sufficient to understand that by going against nature, which is always not natural, we deprive ourselves and our children (forced through force, and then out of habit or already out of addiction, to use milk or dairy products) of health, dooming on the natural consequences of such actions - diseases? Or nature is more stupid than us, and our conceit is higher than truth (the laws of nature) and honest and objective scientific knowledge, and just common sense?

I believe that you would be curious to know what diseases are a direct consequence of the consumption of animal milk and dairy "products", what are their causes and biological processes leading to certain diseases? Let's take a look at some of them, as well as characteristic prejudices about the benefits (safety), or even the supposed need for dairy products, especially for children. For those who want to see and analyze statistics, get strictly scientific comments and exact figures, be sure to watch the lecture of the respected Professor Walter Weiss. For this person, conscience and truth are higher than fear of the reprisals of globalizers, and a “profitable” lie for selling one's conscience and honor is unthinkable. There are still such people.

Milk consumption is artificially created and is a vicious and deadly industry.

All the information below is for normal, sane people. So, let's begin:

  1. calcium in milk. Species food. Liver. Who is a person in the food chain of the biosphere.
There is really a lot of calcium in milk, and calcium, as everyone knows, is necessary for the growth and proper formation of the skeleton in children, and it is also necessary for metabolic processes in adults. Right?

Certainly true, no doubt. Then, according to this logic, which doctors tell us in unison, you need to drink a lot of cow (goat ...) milk, as well as eat cottage cheese and cheese, in order to get the calcium we need for our body, right? Then why don't cows who give so much milk containing a lot of calcium in order to get it themselves, do not drink milk by sucking it from other cows, or bears, or elks. And what, do not be surprised at this formulation of the question, because we people manage and are not horrified to drink the milk of another type of animal. So I put a question on which, sometimes having lived 70 years, a person has never thought about it, but which has an unambiguous and simple answer. Yes, we also drink milk alien to us all our lives. Learned to drink. We believe it is natural. Not a single species, not a single individual of mammals on our planet does this. And adult animals and even adolescents, in natural nature, never consume milk (even of their own species, not to mention the milk of other species) for food. So, adult cows do not drink milk. But nevertheless, in cows, as in other things and in any animals, there is no lack of calcium, and their bones are strong and at least full of milk. Maybe there is another way to get the calcium that is so necessary for the body? Of course there is, in nature everything is there and everything is very simple and logical. Cows, goats, and other animals that a person has tamed and began to strain their milk, intended by nature for feeding their cubs, for their own food, consume only grass and drink only water, and this is enough for them to synthesize this same milk inside of your body, feed your cubs with milk, and even “pour” a person ten times more. A wild buffalo gives only 4-6 liters of milk per day, and this is enough for her calf for proper growth and development. Cows, on the other hand, give much more (sometimes 10-20 times) the amount of milk only because for hundreds (or thousands, if you want to believe so) of years, a person artificially stimulated the formation of excess milk by manipulating the udder and cycles and led the appropriate selection. And where does calcium in milk come from, as well as other trace elements, because cows eat grass, but they themselves do not eat dairy products. After all, the answer is obvious. Calcium enters the body of a cow with the very green grass that they consume for food, enters in large quantities, is absorbed and passes into milk in a water-soluble form. Moreover, no matter how many liters of milk a cow gives per day, the content of calcium in it will be the same, provided that fresh green grass is eaten, since green plants contain ten times more calcium than it will later be in the milk of this cow and in the structure her body. For example, in sesame seeds, or in barley sprouts, there is 10 or more times more calcium than in the milk of cows of the same mass. And for us people, is it not enough to consume vegetables and greens for food in order to get any necessary amount of calcium and so that women would have a lot of their own milk? Yes, more than enough. Can we get calcium from cow's milk? No, he can't. Why? More on that below. I ask you to turn on sanity, and not the desire to justify the consumption of milk at any cost and say nonsense like -

“Well, then cows, they are herbivores, and then a person. People are omnivores, or even smarter - predators! Or, "A person is not an animal, they say, there are other laws, etc." Or remember the Indian Vedas, you don’t need to talk about goodness (the second part of my article will be about this) and please don’t say nonsense heard from doctors, like “ On the contrary, milk is indispensable for the elderly. Especially for women: because of the decrease in hormonal levels(very clear and comprehensive wording) calcium gradually begins to be washed out of the body and the bones weaken. Hence - the threat of osteoporosis, severe fractures. Traditional medicine recommends in such cases to gnaw chalk(idiots - there is inorganic calcium) , that is, calcium in its pure form; meanwhile, in milk it is contained in a bound form and, therefore, is absorbed much better", or give "irrefutable" arguments and state the ultimate truth like “Discourses about the dangers of milk, firstly, are unscientific(this is because some Vasya wrote that it was allegedly unscientific, like, he was a fool himself, of course, without evidence, and signed - Academician Pupkin.) Secondly, they are ahistorical. After all, we all grew up on it.” How do you like it? Well, just sentimental and archi-scientific - an iron argument - grew up on milk. And some, then, grew up on vodka - after all, some drink all their lives and "nothing." Nothing good. Survived - survived. Yes, but that's how they grew up and what then ... all patients - or is it the norm of life now - diseases? Leave all this for the time being, put aside the memorized and desired aside.

Please discuss and think. So, I’m stating a fact - all biological metabolic processes (nutrition and cell division, DNA and RNA replication, the functioning of the immune system, the accumulation of toxins, protein biosynthesis ..) in cows, in humans, and in all other higher animals proceed similarly, according to one laws of nature (I'm not talking about the peculiarities of the digestive system of cows and people now, there is a difference that is due to their goals and objectives - their type of nutrition, etc.), but, speaking of human milk and other mammals, there is a fundamental difference in its chemical composition, caused by a different biology, the program of our species and the difference in the ontogeny of the child and the calf, as well as in the information matrix (wave genetics studies such issues). But this difference is of fundamental and exceptional importance, since nature has not just given every species the opportunity to feed its cub with its own, and only its own milk. For example, there are fewer proteins in human breast milk than in any other milk of other mammals, tk. unlike the cubs of any animals, the child does not need to grow so quickly physically, does not need to get up on his feet on his birthday (children do not need and they do not have rapid muscle growth), etc., but the child needs a lot of non-oxidized fats for brain growth and development. Yes, and the squirrels are different for us and for cows. Moreover, goats and cows are different. The biochemistry of milk in humans and other animals is completely different. Now I am not talking about the genetic program and information that should be transmitted through milk only from mother to her child (generic information with its own characteristics) and the consequences of consuming foreign milk, in this aspect. This is a separate, but very deep topic. Here we consider mainly pure biology and biochemistry. What happens to the human body, which, due to its ignorance and thoughtless copying of the bad examples of its relatives, believing that it should be so, begins to introduce into the diet or continues to consume the milk of another type of animal, I will write below.

Let's get back to calcium. Indeed, many sincerely believe that calcium drunk with cow's milk will be absorbed and will benefit them.

In many fruits, and especially in the green parts of plants, there is more calcium than in the milk of cows, goats, etc. But, unlike the calcium contained in the milk of animals, a child (no longer a baby, who should receive all the nutrients only with full-fledged milk his mother, and then moving on to specific complementary foods and further, to specific nutrition) will indeed receive the calcium he needs from plant foods for his development. And what, consuming animal milk, the child will not receive calcium? Of course not, that is why there are so many problems with the musculoskeletal system and other body systems in modern people (especially since the 50s of the last century) - from scoliosis and arthritis to type 1 diabetes, cellulite, fibroids ... I want to emphasize that calcium is washed out from the body not for years at all, its deficiency is due to the constant use of certain foods, such as: sugar, milk and dairy products, flour and cereal products. There is a lot of calcium in these products, but it is inorganic (since inorganic, dead and not available for absorption and use in cellular biochemistry, calcium is formed when cooking any product containing calcium above plus 65 degrees, transforming from organic) and is not compatible with the human body. Such calcium does not dissolve, but accumulates in the form of lime plaques that clog blood vessels (especially interesting and stable compounds are formed together with oxidized cholesterol and toxins of rotting proteins), and the treatment of many diseases is precisely associated with the excretion of inorganic calcium from the body. And some chalk gnaw. But the point is not only the impossibility of assimilation and use of inorganic calcium for the needs of the body, because many people drink fresh (live), and not just pasteurized (dead) milk. It would seem - well, organic calcium, which is in a natural water-soluble form, in whole milk, is useful and will definitely be absorbed by the human body, will benefit it, right? It seems to be so. But no, it's not!

By the way, in order for hair and nails to be strong, it is necessary to eat a sufficient amount of silicon. A lot of silicon is contained in green pepper - drink fresh juice from green pepper, you can mix it with carrots. Up to 500 ml per day.

Yes, unpasteurized, whole milk contains organic calcium, but not only that, there is another problem. And that's why you will always be deficient in calcium if you consume animal milk.

The fact is that in cows' milk, in addition to calcium, there is also milk protein - casein, it is a strong oxidizing agent (because in the human body, even in infants, there are no enzymes that disassemble this cow's milk protein), like any animal protein, for the human body, casein is an antigen, and indeed an excess of nitrogenous compounds, which are poisons, oxidize the pH of the stomach environment. And casein strongly acidifies the environment of the stomach. As a result, in order to bring homeostasis (the constancy of the internal environment) into balance (in the human body, all environments are alkaline and only in people who eat animal corpses and dairy “products”, the pH of the stomach has an increased acidity, which is not characteristic of our species), in this case acid-base balance, the body is forced to neutralize excess acid in the stomach large quantity alkalis, in this case taken, first of all, from the drunk milk itself. Those. calcium. And nature always follows the simplest and most logical path - it is easier to take from the product itself. Moreover, this amount of calcium contained in the drunk milk is not enough to completely neutralize the increased acidity, because. casein (more on this below) is a “long-playing” protein, cannot be easily digested and absorbed, and then calcium is taken from other foods eaten (and it’s good if they are present in the diet - live green plant foods), or calcium is taken from the body itself, destroying its bone tissue, which happens in 95% of the population. Often, such mothers, who feed their babies with their milk, destroy their teeth, skeleton, nails, hair - just because, having succumbed to the recommendations and even the requirements of doctors who do not understand biochemistry and natural logic, they drink and eat milk, cottage cheese, etc. etc., during this period (pregnancy and breastfeeding) they consume dairy and meat products that are not characteristic of human species nutrition, which is what they say, incl. and these facts. In order for calcium to be absorbed by almost 100 percent, it is necessary that magnesium be in the product, which includes calcium. The milk of cows and goats contains very little magnesium, no more than is necessary for the absorption of 25 percent of the calcium drunk with milk. Also, the calcium itself in milk is not enough to neutralize the oxidation of gastric juice from the strong oxidizing effect of the milk protein casein. You need 3-4 times more. Now, if casein was broken down into amino acids, if we people synthesized the enzyme renin in our stomachs, then we would be able to get calcium from milk, however, then we would have to synthesize veal renin, and when we drink goat's milk, then goat. But this is not and cannot be in nature, because. even in calves, from a certain age, renin, in their stomachs, ceases to be synthesized and then they stop sucking their mother's milk, because they can no longer fully absorb it, and then the calves switch to species nutrition - they start eating grass. And a person (even though a stake on the head of a scratch) continues to lap up the milk of cows, from a mug, of course, from an udder is not romantic, it must be “culturally”. Of course, calcium is not enough, and first of all, the unfortunate mother. After all, all the necessary nutrients and building materials are transferred to the child (fetus), through the placenta, even to the detriment of the mother's body, as provided by nature to preserve the species (everything the fetus needs at any cost). This is the truth - this is nature, these are its laws. And what do doctors advise with a lack of calcium, eat sprouted grains of oats or barley, cabbage or green salad, dill, drink turnip leaf juice? And a person will receive calcium from green plant foods in excess, and from its small volume. No, they advise drinking even more milk and eating more cottage cheese. And the joints are already crunching, the kidneys are suffering (I won’t talk about the kidneys in detail in this article). And the liver?

Liver, is the largest gland, it is she who must carry out the synthesis of many proteins that are so necessary for our body, for example, hemoglobin, glycogen, various enzymes, must neutralize toxic substances that enter it with blood from the gastrointestinal tract (and from there such !), it is involved in lymph formation, thus, plays a huge role in metabolism. It would be necessary to tell about the liver in more detail, so that it would be clear how those people who thoughtlessly eat the meat and milk of animals mock their liver and what such mockery always and inevitably leads to. The question of margin of safety and time. And why are they doing it? For the benefit, as they think, i.e. essential amino acids. So you will understand that this is nonsense. For the sake of supposedly taste - so stop eating and soon you will feel a natural and natural disgust, even from the smell of fried and boiled corpses. Listen carefully. The liver is the most important organ for protein synthesis. All blood albumin, the bulk of coagulation factors, protein complexes (glycoproteins, lipoproteins), etc. are formed in it. The most intensive breakdown of proteins also occurs in the liver. It is involved in the metabolism of amino acids, the synthesis of glutamine and creatine; almost exclusively in P., urea is formed. P. plays an essential role in lipid metabolism. Basically, triglycerides, phospholipids and bile acids are synthesized in it, a significant part of endogenous cholesterol is formed here, triglycerides are oxidized and acetone bodies are formed; the bile allocated by P. is important for splitting and absorption of fats in intestines. P. actively participates in the interstitial metabolism of carbohydrates: sugar is formed in it, glucose is oxidized, and glycogen is synthesized and decomposed. P. is one of the most important depots of glycogen in the body. P.'s participation in pigment metabolism consists in the formation of bilirubin, its capture from the blood, conjugation and excretion into bile. P. participates in the exchange of biologically active substances - hormones, biogenic amines, vitamins. The excretory function of P. ensures the excretion of more than 40 compounds from the body with bile, both synthesized by P. itself and captured by it from the blood. Unlike the kidneys, it also excretes substances with a high molecular weight and insoluble in water. Among the substances excreted by P. in the bile are bile acids, cholesterol, phospholipids, bilirubin, many proteins, copper, etc. P.'s barrier function is to protect the body from the damaging effects of foreign agents (mainly proteins) and metabolic products, maintaining homeostasis. The barrier function is carried out due to the protective and neutralizing action of the liver. The neutralizing effect of P. ensures the chemical transformation of toxic products, both coming from outside and formed during the interstitial metabolism. As a result of metabolic transformations in P. (oxidation, reduction, hydrolysis, conjugation with glucuronic acid or other compounds), the toxicity of these products decreases and (or) their water solubility increases, which makes it possible to excrete them from the body.

Do you understand what this means and why I couldn't help but dwell on the functions of the liver? After all, eating foreign proteins - antigens with animal corpses and dairy "products" we throw the liver with undigested protein poisons and toxins, which it must somehow partially neutralize and pass through the blood to the kidneys, lymph ... This also means that all the proteins our body is capable of and synthesizes itself, if there is no excessive load on our endocrine glands. The body is completely self-sufficient. We do not need proteins from outside - from food in general, with the exception of the transition period to specific nutrition in complex patients .. From amino acids that are synthesized in the large intestine from plant fiber by a certain group of symbiotic bacteria, through the blood, the liver synthesizes the necessary amount of various proteins for our body . That's where proteins come from. Those. from greens, vegetables and fruits. You don't even need nuts. By the way, for two years I did not specifically eat any proteins, neither from nuts, nor from cereals, only protein-free plant foods. Not only did he not die, but on the contrary, he acquired a lot of useful things. And the proteins were synthesized! But this example, for truth, understanding the laws of nature, does not matter, like thousands of other examples, because. Truth doesn't need proof, but lies do! But we've been turned upside down. Let them prove the harmlessness, not to mention the benefits, of the consumption of animal proteins - they can’t do that, on a single point. They can only at the level of emotions and references to their ancestors, they say, they always ate, they can shake fat from anger and regalia. And you are still looking for how many proteins are in a particular product. It doesn't matter how much. There are tribes in the Amazon who never eat proteins at all, but give birth even at 100-120 years old, feed their children, as it should be, with their milk. They consume only 5-6 types of food, of which one is sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes are carbohydrates), which makes up 96 percent of their food. And at the exit, from the digestive system, they have 10 times more proteins than at the entrance. These studies were conducted by an American doctor. Yes, you understand that these people eat specific food, they are vegetarians - raw foodists. Here are the squirrels for you, here is science for you with sick and pot-bellied doctors and academicians with triple chins, foaming at the mouth defending their glass of milk and a piece of meat and imposing it on others. Later I will post a program on the Blog (from one talk show) with such smart people - oh, how interesting it will be. You will switch to living food, the intestines and liver will be cleansed, the lymph and skin will be cleansed, acne, wrinkles and fat will disappear. There is strength and energy. You will be healthy and happy. And it's natural.

I digressed from Calcium, but I'm sure it's not in vain. Let's go back to calcium in cow's milk.

And if milk is consumed pasteurized, after boiling, then organic calcium passes into an inorganic form and such a structure of calcium cannot be assimilated at all, as well as any mineral in an inorganic form. Remember, when cleaning or cooking products, organic water-soluble and capable of assimilation calcium turns into a substance that is insoluble in water - inorganic calcium, which cannot be absorbed by the human body or any higher animal in general, it accumulates in the body and leads to many diseases (from arthritis to stones and sand in the kidneys, liver and varicose veins). Remember what happens to minerals when water is boiled in a kettle (if the water is not distilled) - they precipitate - i.e. become insoluble - inorganic - slag. Do you think that if you cook and fry food, boil milk and anything else, then the body will feel like magic, not like in a teapot? Just like in the teapot and will be. Minerals will become dead - slag.

And only plants, in the process of photosynthesis, again, will be able to build and accumulate organic - living minerals from inorganic minerals that enter through the root system along with water, as well as synthesize primary organic biomass (complex fats, proteins, carbohydrates, fatty acids ..) , which all animals will feed on, i.e. consumers (In ecology - consumers of primary organics of different orders in a single food chain and network of the Earth's biosphere - the largest ecosystem on our planet).

One of the motivating moments that I began to plant Kolya from the first months, using mainly reusable diapers, was the understanding of how much a huge amount of disposable diapers remains after each baby. Everything would be fine, but each such diaper completely decomposes within 500 (!) Years. At the same time, I was haunted by the thought that I, like any woman, was also not far away with my pads and, if possible, it would be great to have an eco-friendly alternative in this matter, but I had not seen anything on this topic before. And found it the other day.

“Virtually every woman on the planet is now forced to use hygiene products that decompose for several hundred years and are still not very convenient, and, apparently, quite toxic. Did you know that there is a convenient and environmentally friendly alternative: who tried it, few people will not call this alternative ideal.

The main reason why every girl does not know about this remedy is that it is extremely unprofitable to sell this remedy: one mooncap, otherwise a menstrual cup, will last for 10-15-20 years ... A mooncap is a small flexible cap made of surgical grade silicone with " leg", which instantly acquires body temperature, is completely unnoticeable and prevents the contact of secretions with air - due to which:

1) prevents leakage much more reliably than a tampon
2) since there is no contact of the secretions with oxygen, they do not have any smell.

Your own feeling during critical days becomes very clean and light, most of those who have tried change their attitude towards these days in general: they become, if not a holiday, then at least a quiet joy. The negative from the memories of the need to always keep special tools on hand and the general feeling from their use can be understood, probably, only in comparison with what the majority does not yet know and never knew ...

"Now there is a lot of talk about the unfavorable environmental situation and believe that it is she who is to blame for the fact that people began to get sick more often and harder. At the same time, no one pays attention to endoecology. What it is? And this is the most important factor on which it depends whether a person is sick or healthy, is the state of the internal environment of our body. It is determined by the lifestyle we lead, what we eat, what water we drink, how we breathe, and so on. Hence it follows that a person himself, without the help of doctors, can form his endoecological state, and therefore manage his health.

Ecology as a science about the surrounding world is a more capacious concept, which includes everything that is commonly called the Universe. Everything must be in harmony in it. The reason for discord with the world around us lies within us, so recovery at all levels must begin with ourselves...

... slagging of the body, determined by the state of the liver, in children under 5 years old should be within 2-3%, in children from 5 to 12 years old - within 5-6%, in adults - within 8-12%. Examination of patients reveals that average level slagging in children is 25-30%, and in adults it reaches 45-60%. This means that if the fluid that has passed through the connective tissues is delivered to the liver, then it is cleared by the liver by only 40-55% in adults and 70-75% in children. Thus, our cells have to live and work in unbearable conditions. They literally suffocate on toxic products. And until a person restores, cleanses his internal, endoecological environment, it is impossible to completely cure him of any disease. That is why the cornerstone of my wellness system is the internal cleansing of the body.

The following signs indicate the slagging of the body:

- disruption of the gastrointestinal tract (constipation, diarrhea, fetid odor of stools, dysbacteriosis, stones in the gallbladder, kidneys);

- violation of metabolic processes (arthritis, arthrosis, osteochondrosis, osteoporosis);

- various skin and allergic manifestations (all kinds of rashes, eczema, psoriasis, lichen, papillomas, warts, furunculosis, urticaria);

- increased fatigue;

- memory impairment, etc.

I repeat once again: if the work of the gastrointestinal tract and the liver as the main detoxification organ is not adjusted, if the connective tissue structures are not cleansed, a person cannot be cured.

... In order not to bring the slagging of your body to the limit level, you must first of all pay serious attention to nutrition. Many do not believe that only by switching to proper (meaning separate) nutrition can you get rid of such diseases that are beyond the power of the strongest chemotherapy drugs ... "
