Essay "my pedagogical credo". Essay "My pedagogical credo Be a teacher of your life"

If poetry is the music of the heart, then the essay is the music of the mind. Every person has something to say. There are those strings that constantly sound in him, exciting, inspiring and moving him forward to the very last day life. It is this music that is embodied in the essay genre. The essay is the freest genre. This is a dispute with the world. In an essay, one can argue and doubt what others consider correct and appropriate. You can even swipe at the authorities. To call great people from the past in order to enter into polemics with them, to prove to them the narrowness of their views or, conversely, to support their correctness. An essay is a common exercise that allows you not only to show the level of your knowledge, but also to express yourself. Hearing this, many begin to think that it is enough to let their thoughts go free and write about whatever comes into their heads. Of course not.The thought must be framed, and it is already limited by the fact that you need to express yourself in words, put your thoughts into sentences that will be correctly understood by the reader. After all, it’s not just that a person conveys his thoughts to other people, but with a specific goal - to be heard.

pedagogical essay

The teacher does not constrain, but

Liberates, does not suppress

And it lifts, does not crumple, but
Forms, does not dictate, but
Teaches, does not demand, but asks.

Experiences a lot with the child

inspirational minutes.

(J. Korchak).

P Why did I choose the profession of teacher? I decided to become an educator when I was a child, when I myself went to kindergarten to bring knowledge, kindness, light and justice to children's souls and hearts. As a child, I very often organized games with children, where I was in leading role- teacher or educator. After the eighth grade, I entered the Khanty-Mansiysk National Pedagogical School. This is how my teaching career began.

Who is called a teacher? It's very hard to tell. The educator, for the child, is like a second mother: he will calm and tell you how to move forward in life. An educator is just a state of mind, without which it is impossible for us to lead a child into the world. An educator, by the nature of his profession, is a creator. The Creator with a capital letter, because he creates a Man. How this person will be what leaves behind - this is the result of the professional path of the teacher. Whoever got into the children's world at least once - remained with his heart there forever. Nothing is as important in life as these little children. And the educator leads them along the first road of life. To all questions: what, how, where, when and why? teachers will find answers. And good advice is always ready for parents. I like what I do. Feeling responsible and involved in something big is a great happiness.

Children with disabilities are special children, they come to us very young. The first need is to support parents, to help them choose the right direction in the development of a special child. They are just entering great life, in front of them is a road painted with different colors, like a multi-colored rainbow. Nature generously endows children, but they cannot see these treasures. These gifts of nature, we, adults, must in them to uncover, respecting the individuality of the child. And I see my task as an educator in this. This is a great responsibility to a growing person, to his parents, to society, and to the future of all mankind.

“If a teacher has only love for the job, he will be a good teacher. If the teacher has only love for the student, like a father, a mother, he will better than that a teacher who has read all the books, but has no love for the work or for the students. If a teacher combines love for work and for students, he is a perfect teacher,” said Leo Tolstoy. I aspire to be that kind of teacher.

I want our department to always have the happiness of knowledge, the joy of communication, the atmosphere of love and creativity, constant search, the unity of pupils, parents and teachers. I believe that together we will overcome a lot.

My life credo is to learn something new and interesting every day, because as I saidoutstanding scientist, humanist and thinker Ali Apsheroni:

« A teacher cannot successfully teach someone if at the same time he does not study hard himself. Educator in modern world is the same student. While he is mastering new techniques, introducing innovations and studying literature, he is learning himself.

The profession of a teacher is not easy, but I have never regretted that I chose it. There are many difficulties in this work, but to be able to overcome them and then see the results of my work - this gives me joy.

I'm the teacher! My task -
Solve the question and provide an answer.
And promise children good luck,
Knowledge reveal the secret.
I enter the classroom, and my heart beats;
"I hope, I believe and I love!"
And these three holy words
I give the soul of the child.
I'm the teacher! And the name is -
The purpose of fate
Great gift, radiance of light,
Dream come true!

I have great respect for V.A. Sukhomlinsky as a teacher. His books “I give my heart to children” and “Letters to my son” help me in my pedagogical work to solve many problems. pedagogical problems. I well remembered his words “To understand the feelings of a child means to understand the most subtle, sometimes hidden, inaccessible at first glance, motives, reasons, incentives for his actions.” Doctors are trusted with the health of people, and everything in children is entrusted to us: health, mentality, and spiritual beauty.

Teacher's authority... It is obtained every day with great difficulty, mainly through pedagogical creativity. There is no better reward for me as a teacher, the smile with which the guys greet me at school, the joy in the eyes of the children when I enter the classroom, a bouquet of the first spring flowers, carefully collected by children's hands. When students dedicate poems to you, write essays about their favorite teacher, thank you for your kindness, responsiveness and wisdom....

This is what it takes to be a teacher!

Saint Exupery's words from The Little Prince - "We all come from childhood" refer to me.

As a little girl, she was simply fascinated by her first teacher, Chukina Lyudmila Nikolaevna. She was for me the ideal of kindness, justice, grace, exactingness. I so wanted to be like her. It is no coincidence that the favorite games in childhood were games to school. I could not even imagine another profession in my future - only a teacher! And I made my dream come true. In 2000, he graduated from the Novokuznetsk State pedagogical institute, I returned to my native school number 16, which I graduated in 1996.

In the early years of working with children, it was strange for me why children do not perceive information well when everything is so simple and clear. This is clear to us adults, but not to them. It took time to understand and realize this. So, the first lesson given by the students: a real teacher is one who is able to descend from the heights of his knowledge to the student's ignorance and together with him make the ascent. It has become first principle which I am guided by in my pedagogical activity today.
The second lesson I learned while taking my first pedagogical steps was that teaching should be sincere. After all, only through the prism of their attitudes, their system of values, their attitude to everything that happens around, dry program material becomes a magical crystal, sparkling with all the colors of the rainbow and calling for discoveries. That's why second my principle- be sincere and honest with children.

So, from these great discoveries for me, a teacher was born in me.

Every child is talented, talented in their own way - this is my position. I don't skimp on praise. There is no such “loser”, which there would be nothing to praise for. To single out a tiny island of success from the stream of failures, give a straw of help, show the path to understanding - and the child will have faith in his abilities and a desire to learn - this is mine. third principle.

More K.D. Ushinsky wrote: "... learning, devoid of any interest, kills the student's desire for learning ...". Therefore, I cannot allow disappointment to appear in the eyes of my students. I believe that interest is the key to knowledge, and it must be supported in children. The ability to captivate students with their subjects is the pedagogical skill that we all aspire to. And this fourth principle of my pedagogical philosophy.

At the lessons it is necessary not only to form competencies, but also to educate the Person. And to teach him to be persistent and courageous, able to overcome the difficulties of adult life - this is my task. All you need is the right shell. Educate, teaching new things - this is mine fifth principle.

Every day I enter the classroom and look into open, trusting eyes that are waiting for something new, interesting, exciting. The main thing is to believe, to understand what is happening in their souls, to look at the world through their eyes, to fill every moment with love and kindness.

My task as a teacher is to make sure that the spiritual world of children is filled with love, faith, and hope.

Over the years, with work experience, my activity is more and more filled with other content, but still coming to class for a lesson is a great joy for me. I know only one thing, that my vocation is school, students, to whom I give my love and the joy of communicating with them. And while the children learn and grow up, I will re-read the pages of V. Sukhomlinsky’s book “I give my heart to children” more than once and will delve into my pedagogical problems that I have to solve.

“You can love something to which you have already given a particle of your soul,” said V. Sukhomlinsky. Is it just a particle? How many such pieces of the soul have already been given away. And how much more to give!

To teach others

You have to learn on your own

To educate others

We must start with ourselves.

Each child, answering an adult's question about who he would like to become, without hesitation, names any profession that is most familiar to him. As a rule, this is a driver, a seller, a hairdresser. And rarely does anyone name the profession of an educator or teacher, which is a pity.

When I was 9-12 years old, I most of all liked to play with my girlfriends in the "hospital" and in the "school". Playing at school, I always wanted everything to be like a real teacher - a journal, notebooks, and a pointer. And I also had a school magazine with a list of students, neatly made from a notebook, and notebooks with homework, which I really liked to check and put marks without fail with red paste. Mom's friend gave a collection of dictations for my "school", and dad made a wooden pointer, very similar to the pointer of my first teacher, and the door of the old closet served as a board for us.

And we played… We played for the sake of it and got great pleasure from the game.

This is how my childhood interest grew into my favorite profession, the profession of a teacher. A teacher, like any other profession, is a labor activity that requires certain knowledge and skills from a person. But the basis of your favorite profession is still love for children, because without this it is impossible to work as a teacher. The profession of a teacher involves constant self-development, self-improvement and self-education. Only thanks to love for children, we can give them care, affection, understanding, and in return receive positive emotions, a charge of vivacity and children's direct love without deceit and falsehood.

I started working as a speech therapist quite late, after I already had a family behind me, three wonderful children and 17 years of experience in the hospital. My first medical education. There were in my work both difficulties and joys, met different people both good and not very good, but I always approached work responsibly, always went to work with pleasure and thought that it would always be like this.

But sometimes it happens, nothing happens in life by accident... I decided to learn a new specialty - a teacher - a speech therapist. And now I know for sure you shouldn't be afraid to change your profession, to change something in life, to change in general. When you change your profession at the age of 37, you learn something again - it's wonderful, you open yourself from the other side, you begin to understand that this is really what you have been going for so long.

The profession of a speech therapist is my discovery. And although I have only recently been working in this new profession, I believe that I have found my calling. And if a person has found his calling, then work becomes a joy for him, and I never cease to be glad that I have chosen such a humane profession that harmoniously combines the mercy of medicine, the wisdom of pedagogy and the insight of psychology. Despite all the difficulties of the profession, I love my work and cannot imagine my life without it. What does it mean? This means that when your working day ends, you do not stop being a speech therapist and you again think about children and their problems, about programs and plans, about classes. And that makes me happy too! And the most important thing is the realization that you are doing an important and useful thing.

There are a lot of interesting professions in the world,

One of them once you chose for yourself,

After all, the speech of people is beautiful, meaningful, intelligible -

As a standard in communication, not only for you.

With children you generously share talent and skill,

Patience, care, skillful craft,

The problems will all disappear soon, no doubt.

Your meetings will be remembered with love and kindness.

Educator!

He is always on the road, in worries, in search, anxiety -

And there is never peace.

And 100 questions on the doorstep

And you need to give the right answer.

He judges himself more severely.

It is all earthly, but it is torn upwards.

Do not count, perhaps, how many fates

Intertwined with his fate!

Start your essay I want from the commandment of Pythagoras. He first coined the word "philosophy", which in Greek means "love of wisdom". "What is wisdom?"- asks Pythagoras. And myself answers: “Knowledge of order. If you want to be wise during your life, put everything in its place. ... Make a mark of your life and follow one invariably until the last minute of your existence. For many of you, including me, the meaning of life and life itself lies in simple word"educator".

The profession of an educator is a very difficult and difficult work, it is a constant search for something new, this is a creative approach, these are new discoveries. And in order to be necessary and useful to children, you need to constantly improve yourself, you need a desire to grow in the profession, as teacher, which over time, with the acquisition of experience, only becomes wiser. Now, in connection with the implementation and implementation of the GEF in preschool institutions, for teachers a greater volume is provided for the development of creative and design opportunities, for self-development. And only with a very strong desire can one reach the greatest heights.

To be an educator means to have patience, compassion, a desire to see children - "their children". After all, in fact, these are children who are not relatives, but about whom you start talking - "my children", rejoice in the achievements of each child, albeit small, but his personal victories.

Personally, I do not work as an educator, I live as an educator. I live for children. Sometimes I think: what motivates me every morning with joy to go to work again and again? After all, to kindergarten teacher, who is trusted with the most precious thing that parents have, there are special and very serious requirements. And the answer to my own question is simple - it's love, love for children, love for my profession.

An educator must see more than many others, be able to apply a wide variety of knowledge from various fields of science, learn to answer thousands, sometimes completely "non-childish" questions from our children. Therefore, I never stop at the achieved level of knowledge and always improve my professional skills, I try to keep up with the times. I'm interested all: entertaining facts and a variety of knowledge about the world around us, research by psychologists, new pedagogical technologies . And all this helps me in my work. I pass on my knowledge to children, no matter what we do with them - play, learn or work - I try to show attention to everyone and at the same time to everyone, so that the child feels like an irreplaceable person. After all teacher kindergarten should be attentive to children, understand their problems, feel their mood, empathize with them, always be ready to help and console in difficult times, and you also need to be demanding and fair. I firmly believe that every child can be captivated by finding in each his own grain of knowledge that will captivate him. And the main task of modern teacher- the ability to discern this knowledge in each child, direct it in the right direction, develop and improve. ... After all, at the very beginning of his life, every child is like a flower bud - just as closed. Only after the bud receives heat from the sun's rays and nourishment from the soil, it will open and all the beauty of the flower hidden in it will become visible. In the same way, children need warmth, love and nourishment, that is, care, in order to open up and discover all the unique beauty that God has put into each child.

My pedagogical the principle is to help the child open up, become an active figure capable of asking questions and freely expressing his opinion. At this time, it is important to identify the natural inclinations of each child and, on their basis, develop certain abilities, while maintaining individuality. The interests and needs of children encourage me to find new methods, techniques and forms of work that contributed to the most complete disclosure of the unique potential of the individual, the main of which, I believe, is problem-search and research. With their help, I try to teach children to independently find answers to any questions posed, building work in the form of a dialogue and directing children's activities in the right direction.

Theses of my pedagogical philosophies are extremely simple! Surprised - to surprise, carried away - to captivate. Any knowledge of the world begins with surprise. Surprise is an emotion, it is an interest in the upcoming business, it is a motive for action. It is within my power to transform any children's activity in pleasure, something surprising and fascinating. No wonder they say "Creativity is the best teacher!" To raise a person in the full sense of the word means to perform a miracle, and such miracles, I, an ordinary educator, try to perform daily, hourly. Every minute. Telling, showing, explaining is not enough. It is important to be able to captivate and lead each child, to work with him in commonwealth and co-creation, to be an example to him in everything.

Every child is unique. A talented artist, an inquisitive observer, and a tireless experimenter live in it. He is open to beauty and goodness, sensitive to lies and injustice.

Children's development largely depends on the environment in which they find themselves. In order for children in the group to learn a lot of new and interesting things, for the development of their cognitive interest, curiosity, creativity, physical development, the educator needs to create a developing environment. This is the space where teacher can apply all his skill, express his creativity.

For a small child, everything is important in kindergarten; and comfort in the group, and the beauty of toys, and the look, and the word of the educator, and peer, even the sun that shines through the window brighter than usual. V.P. Sheremetevsky turned out to be right in his saying: “The whole business of teaching little people is made up of little things. From all the little things, the foundation is imperceptibly laid, without which the entire building of education is shaky, and rolls, and on the side. Therefore, every little thing that in any way concerns the child has a certain meaning.

I often hear from parents how hard it is for them with small children, how much nerves they spend. And here the educator should come to the aid of parents who find it difficult to raise children, should become their friend and adviser. When preparing for a meeting with parents, I always carefully consider how to make it interesting, informative, as useful as possible, "alive". I want parents to understand and know that next to them and their child is a reliable and competent person in all matters. teacher.

I came up with a simple formula: I am a locomotive, and my children are wagons. If I develop a high speed, then the fragile trailers may crumble or communication will be lost between us. If I stop, then everything will remain as it was, there will be no movement, no development. If I move too slowly, we won't get far, we won't learn much. My main task is to choose such a speed on this road in order to move as far as possible with these trailers. And while I think I'm doing it.

Am I a happy person, having chosen my business and this work? Yes! I love my profession, where everything works out for me. I am pleased to communicate with my parents, I am happy to share my ideas with colleagues, I really love my life with the guys! I am a happy person, because with joy and love I give my knowledge, my experience, my heart to children! Therefore, if I start my life over again, then I will definitely choose the profession of an educator again.

Communication with children is a kind of exam every time. Little wise teachers both test you for strength, and at the same time love you with an all-consuming love in which you can dissolve without a trace. The secret of their pure love simple: they are open and simple-minded. Working with children, I never cease to be amazed at how different, unpredictable, interesting, and funny they are.

Profession teacher one of the most important and significant in life modern society. Being an educator is a calling, it means wanting and being able to live childhood again and again with each child, see the world through his eyes, be surprised and learn with him, be invisible when the baby is busy with his own business, and invisible when he needs help and support.

I really like oriental saying: “The work of an educator can be compared with the work of a gardener who grows various plants. One plant loves the sun, the other a cool shade; one loves the bank of a stream, the other a dry mountaintop; one grows on sandy soil, the other on oily clay soil. Everyone needs special, only suitable care for him.

Working as an educator, I can say that there is no better profession than my profession. It makes you forget all the grief, resentment, gives a feeling of eternal youth. Do I qualify as a modern educator? It's hard to rate myself, but I think I fit. I love children the way they are. I try to keep up with the times, get acquainted with new techniques and apply them in my work. I master innovative technologies.

I am in constant search and do not let myself stop there. In everything you want to get to the very essence, make discoveries and grasp the thread of events. I am ordinary teacher"silverless", who does not expect from fate either honors or awards. My happiness, like any other working person, is to see the fruits of my hard work.

My pedagogical credo "Teach to learn"

There are many professions on Earth, different professions: interesting and monotonous, prestigious and not very prestigious, complex and simple, dangerous and ordinary, in demand and routine.

Who to be? Every person asks himself this question sooner or later. The path of a person begins with a childhood dream. I always knew that I would become a teacher. I could not even imagine another profession in my future. As a little girl, I was fascinated by my first teacher, Lysenko Polina Mikhailovna. She was for me the ideal of kindness, justice, exactingness, wisdom. I tried to be like her in every way. It is no coincidence that the favorite childhood game was “playing for school”, it was good to have someone to teach - there are 8 children in our family. And now, after more than 30 years of work at the school, I can say for sure: my choice was made correctly. I am a teacher, a mathematics teacher in a small rural school.

Over the years, I realized that it is simply impossible to pass on all my knowledge to children. My pedagogical credo is “To teach to learn”. The main thing is to turn children from passive listeners into active participants educational process, teach them to think, find answers to exciting questions, make decisions on their own, create conditions for unlocking their potential and help them know themselves.

Teacher today - what is he? I believe the main professional values modern teacher is constant self-improvement, interest in innovative technologies, originality of thinking, courage in search of solutions to non-standard tasks. The success of a modern teacher depends not only on how the teacher knows the subject and methods of work, but also on the personality of the teacher himself: his culture, general knowledge, sincerity, competence, objectivity, and the ability to find an approach to the child.

I love my profession, I love to enter the classroom, look into the eyes of the children, feel their mood and I cannot allow disappointment to appear in the eyes of my students. Good teacher learning all his life. I believe that my best lesson is ahead, and life itself will continue it. I always think, will my lesson for children become a lesson of Faith, Kindness, Justice, Honor, Professionalism? Therefore, I go forward to my childhood dream!
