  • 9. Summing up (reflection).

Class progress

1. Interactive conversation “What is satye?”

Cl. supervisor. Guys, raise your hands if you want to be happy.

What is happiness?

How to become happy?

2. Problem situation.

Cl. hand There is probably no person on Earth who has not dreamed of happiness.

Sometimes a dream becomes a life goal, having achieved which a person feels happy. Then new dreams and new goals arise. Life is like a ladder leading to the future. Each step is our desires and dreams. How to build your life ladder to feel happy? This is what we will talk about today in class. hour.

But before we start our conversation, I would like to introduce you to our guest, Mr. X (a silhouette of a man in a top hat is attached to the board). He developed his staircase to happiness project and came to hear your opinion about his project.

Mr. X imagines his life as a high, steep mountain, the top of which he called “Peak of Happiness.” Whoever conquers this peak will be happy. People climb steep slopes, clinging to the slightest ledges, but fall again and again, receiving bruises and contusions. Some manage to jump to the top with a running start, but no one manages to stay there for long, and they roll down head over heels, stuffing more and more bumps.

Mr. X approached the matter scientifically. He decided to build his life ladder and climb it gradually, step by step. Each step is a small goal, upon reaching which he will also experience happiness. Thus, moving from step to step, he will reach his cherished Peak of happiness.

He chose the most noble material for his staircase - his life values. And our hero has only 3 of them: money, with which you can buy almost everything, power, which gives you something that money cannot buy, and fame - a symbol of public recognition, when you see a reflection of your success in life in the admiring eyes of people.

3. Discussion of the situation.

Cl. hand What do you guys think, will these steps be durable? Will it be possible to climb them to the Peak of Happiness? Did Mr. X choose true or imaginary values for himself? Let's look at each step separately.

4. Interactive conversation.

Class director and here is another ladder of life. The Orthodox monk John Climacus described it in his book “The Ladder.” He also advises his brothers in faith to slowly climb the ladder of life. At each step, a person must overcome some of his shortcomings: envy, pride, despondency, deceit, talkativeness, gluttony. Each step is the acquisition of such values as faith, love for people, mercy, kindness, humility, modesty. Do you think that if a person relies on such values, will he reach his peak of happiness?

5. Drawing up projects “Stairways to Happiness”

Cl. hand So, we have seen that imaginary values only create the appearance of happiness and success. Only true values can make a person happy.

Look at the blackboard. The different values are listed here:

values of everyday life: diligence, punctuality, hard work, frugality, responsibility, love of order;

values of human relations: gratitude, respect, compassion, tolerance;

values of the highest sphere of spiritual life: sensitivity, ability to empathize, mercy;

Christian values: love for one's neighbor, humility, faith, etc.

Which of them can we offer Mr. X for his “stairway to happiness”?

May be. Can anyone draw their own “staircase to happiness”?

6. Vocabulary work.

Cl. hand The time has come to clarify the meaning of the words with which we operate so easily. (names, surnames) will help us understand the meanings of “happiness”, “success”, “goal” and establish a logical connection between them.

Student 1. We looked through the explanatory dictionaries of two authors: S.I. Ozhegov and V.I. Dalia - found the following meanings of these words.

Student 2. A goal is an object of aspiration. what is needed, it is desirable to implement.

Student 1. Success is luck in achieving something, public recognition, good results in something.

Student 2. Happiness is a feeling and state of complete highest satisfaction, success, luck.

Student 1. We can establish the following semantic connection between these words: goal - success - happiness.

Student 2. In other words, in order to achieve success, a person sets life goals for himself. And, having achieved success, having achieved these goals, he experiences happiness.

7. Work in groups.

Cl. hand I invite you to draw conclusions from today's conversation. To do this, I suggest you work in groups and complete the unfinished sentences written on the board.

Group assignments

  • 1. A successful person is a person who...
  • 2. A loser is a person who...
  • 3. A person has succeeded in life if he has...
  • 4. A person has not succeeded in life if he does not have...
  • 5. True values are...
  • 6. Imaginary values are...

7 minutes are allotted for the task.

Three minutes have passed, we listen to representatives of the 1st group (then the floor is given to representatives of other groups).

Who would like to comment on the performances?

Thanks everyone for your work.

8. Final word.

Cl. hand To conclude our conversation, I will tell you an ancient parable about stonemasons.

Three stonemasons were working hard in the quarry. The philosopher asked them what they were doing.

Can't you see - I'm crushing these damn stones! - one muttered irritably.

“I earn my living,” the other shrugged.

I'm building a temple! - the third answered proudly.

It seems to me that all these three stonemasons are also walking up the stairs to happiness.

The first one will never be happy because he has no goal.

The second will be happy as long as he can earn his bread.

Only the third can be called truly happy: he sees a big, beautiful goal for which he works and lives.

I wish you, in your daily work, not just to crush stones or earn a living, but to build a temple, i.e. set high goals and achieve their implementation. Only then will you be truly happy people.

9. Final word.

Cl. hand Did you enjoy our conversation today? What have you discovered? Share your thoughts.

Thanks for your work, goodbye.

About what kind of person can we say “he has succeeded”? and got the best answer

Answer from Arthur Valiev[guru]
🙂 The question is actually very difficult.
There is probably some kind of self-deception hidden here. After all, an accomplished person is more likely not an assessment of society. And his personal worldview. Therefore, when we evaluate another person as an “accomplished person,” we miss his personal opinion - whether he has succeeded or not.
I have also met those who held high positions and at the same time had eyes full of fear for their place. I also met “ordinary” workers with a confident look and strong principles. Therefore, it depends little on the situation in society. True, such people have authority and their word is significant (but it is unlikely that everyone with authority is successful).
There lived such a man - Maslow (Maslov). Anyone undergoing training in sales psychology knows his pyramid of needs. So, at the end of his life he revised his approach to analyzing human goals. And he brought out a new component - a self-realized person. This concept probably comes closest to an “accomplished person.” And in his latest books, he even lists those characteristic features that can tell you that this is a self-realized person. Among them, he names the need for solitude and loss from social life.
Probably, if you believe him, then an accomplished person is a person striving to leave society. Or in other words - a dead person for society.
By the way, remembering the Christian “only lost grain can be reborn into a better life” - you understand the depth of this question.

Over which the funeral service was read. And if you breathe, everything is still ahead... In my opinion, a similar question has already been (took place). Sincerely.

Answer from Catherine[guru]
It’s not you who should say something, but he should recognize himself as such

Answer from Isis[guru]
It seems to me that in this matter all the wisdom is in simplicity. The one who built a house, raised a son and planted a tree was successful. Everyone will understand their own by these simple concepts. Even a HOME may not be a material, but a purely spiritual concept. So are the SON and the TREE. Everything depends entirely on the spiritual level of the person himself. For some, a good-quality log house with a bathhouse in the yard, a garden under the window and grown children is probably the highest meaning of their existence. But some people don’t need this at all and their aspirations are all in music or science. And it took place exactly THERE.

Answer from Vladimir Anisimkov[guru]
Most likely, we can talk about an already accomplished person only when the Personality has finally formed in him, when the basic questions of his own existence have been asked and the time has come to realize oneself, or rather to realize oneself (after all, this process can easily be interrupted due to the fragility of human life).

Answer from Martian[expert]
We all notice that every thing on earth has its own purpose - and we people also have a purpose! An accomplished person is a person who is moving to the top in his calling!

Answer from JATYANA[guru]
If a person is CONFIDENT in himself (not to be confused with SELF-CONFIDENCE), in his abilities. That means he is a MAN.

Answer from Ђryam***[guru]
the one who is always balanced is not in a hurry and always knows what he wants and how to achieve it

Answer from User deleted[newbie]
Yes, you can’t say about anyone that that’s all - it happened. Man is a dynamic being, constantly changing, and those views and achievements that were yesterday may seem absurd to him today. I don’t think that there is a final phase - “fulfilled” or reached any level. Throughout our lives we climb towards the goal, we work, we gain wholesale, knowledge, as avid beimers say - “pumping up the level”, so “accomplished” is an obsolete concept, we have no boundaries :)

Answer from White power[newbie]
I believe that an accomplished person is one who has a beautiful wife, happy children, and he himself is always at work and at his job!

Answer from Nyusha[guru]
It depends on the gender of the person. I am personally deeply convinced that in order for a woman to succeed, she simply needs to fulfill her natural destiny (and not at 30-40 years old, but preferably before 25), to have a full-fledged family (although, of course, a husband may turn out to be the last bastard and you won’t demand anything from her - it’s not her fault), devote her life to children, raise worthy people. And for a man, get a higher education in order to then have a well-paid job, this, in turn, is needed to create and providing for the family. That is, a man must also form a family. And then, in particular. This is the main thing, in my opinion.

Once upon a time, one famous character from the work of no less
famous classic spoke from the stage of the Irkutsk regional
Drama Theater named after N.P. Okhlopkova: “Man
- it sounds proud! You, Anatoly Andreevich, with your work
in this theater they proved that the director is also a person!

When new times came and it became clear that the theater
it starts not with a hanger, but with a lack of finances, you
managed to restore this masterpiece of architectural
architecture, that the best groups now dream of such a theater
Russia, the CIS, and, perhaps, Europe.

When many directors unsuccessfully puzzled over how
go on tour at least to a neighboring city, you
managed to successfully go on tour in America twice,
opened a window to Europe, traveling to Germany and Bulgaria,
and now you’re already packing your bags for Japan. These routes
they speak about many things, but above all about demand
Your theater.

Here you can still talk at length about the traditional
Vampilov festivals and about the “Shine of Russia”, one thing only
the implementation of which requires extraordinary organizational
abilities, but the problem is that the newspaper strip is not rubber.

I can easily continue the list of your good deeds, which have increased
glorious traditions of the cultural life of the Siberian land, but
That's not the point. Their number and scale amazes me
to a crazy thought - aren’t you the same age as the theater?! By the way,
Your wisdom, inherent in the elders of the East, is to resolve
the most difficult, seemingly hopeless situations in the cultural
life in our region once again convinces us of this.

Each of us has our own moment of truth. It happens
only once when a person's life is twice exposed
"excellent" on his 55th birthday. Most match
such an assessment based only on the number of years lived, a minority
- according to the number of deeds. Vas, Anatoly Andreevich,
can safely be classified as the latter.

I know that I invited you on tempting terms to
Kalyagin himself worked in the capital. And you remained faithful to the capital
Eastern Siberia. And they did the right thing: for Cossack prowess
and temperament - You are from the Cossacks - Siberian air
more suitable. It's cleaner.

That's why if I were now asked to find the exact
synonym for the phrase “accomplished person”, I would,
without hesitation, he put the surname Streltsov.

Anton SHLOYDO, General Director of CJSC Irkutskpromstroy

In our whirlwind of life, events rarely occur
extraordinary and significant. In Irkutsk such an event
was the anniversary of the director of the theater. N.P. Okhlopkova Anatoly
Andreevich Streltsov.

His life does not fit into the usual framework. Informal, like
It's fashionable to say now. He is lucky in everything - in the theater,
in general activities, he has a family, a house - a full cup.
He was given a lot from birth, he achieved a lot
myself.

We have known him not very long ago, since the restoration
theater

I remember the years of reconstruction of the theater. All this time within its walls
A grandiose performance was played out, the name of which was construction.
Sometimes things got so twisted here that many playwrights
would be envious. And this play was written mainly at weekly
meetings of the construction headquarters. They argued and swore. Sometimes not
the ideological approaches of the members of the headquarters, in which
included officials, builders, employees of the cultural department,
TsSN and Streltsov himself. But they still found a solution that suited them.
everyone.

But when it came to design decisions, the last
the word was always with the man, it seems very distant
from construction, namely, to the director of the academic
Drama Theater by Anatoly Streltsov. Yes this is
it’s clear: the builders will leave, but the director will remain in his
renovated house. And he has to work here. So Anatoly
Andreevich learned a lot in these more than two years,
I discovered a lot for myself.

And he believed in us. He was rooting for everything: he decided what kind of chairs there would be
in the hall - and went to Italy for unique furniture (such
available only at La Scala); what will the theatrical lighting be like?
sound. These important components of theatrical
actions were performed in the best companies in the world (USA, Czech Republic,
France) and meet the latest technological advances.
Today the best theatrical equipment in
the country does not.

Dear Anatoly Andreevich! I wish you great creative
success. So that thanks to you the life of the spiritual does not fade away
temple of our city, so that all your plans come true
and plans.

Accept wishes of health, prosperity, well-being
and faith in your own strength.

Mikhail VINOKUROV, rector of BSUEP

Anatoly Andreevich Streltsov - amazing, versatile
gifted person! He combines the qualities of a theater scholar,
in the highest sense of the word, and amazingly talented
manager who confidently leads the creative team of the theater
along the difficult path of theater reform. Mastery Connection
and the experience of masters of theatrical art with energy and innovation
young actors, deep thoughtfulness of the theater repertoire,
allowing to form a viewing audience from all
age groups, a sober understanding of how to live the theater
in a market economy, these are, in my opinion,
the most striking features characterizing the activities of the director
Irkutsk Drama Theater.

And, of course, his inherent spirit of youth! Anatoly Andreevich
enjoys meeting with students of Irkutsk universities,
sensitively capturing the moods and cultural demands of modern
youth. He had several interesting meetings
and with students of Baikal State University
economics and law, which resulted in the creation of BGUEP
theater studio under the guidance of a young director
Gennady Gushchin Theater. On the anniversary of Anatoly Andreevich
I want to wish him great personal happiness, and his beloved
dramatic - wide recognition of the theater audience
both in Russia and abroad.

Gaidar GGAIDAROV, deputy of the Legislative Assembly,
Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation, Professor

It is difficult to say briefly about Anatoly Andreevich Streltsov.
He combines so many good qualities, and about all
I want to remember and tell. He has a huge
powers of charisma. His charismatic energy influences people.
He heals with words. People come to him with their sorrows,
for advice, and he helps them. He cares about his employees.
The theater for him is a big family, and he is like a large family
the father of a large family, worries about everyone. All the joys
and he shares their troubles with them. This is a very reliable person
strong, courageous and kind. He is real!

There are leaders who only care
about his own good, he thinks about himself least of all. On
His first priority is always to ensure that the theater
was cozy, beautiful, well-groomed, so that it was boiling
work so that people come to the theater and, when leaving, strive
come again so that the spirit of youth will always live in him and
creativity.

I wish you good health, prosperity, inexhaustible
energy, may your children and grandchildren always make you happy, stay
the way you are, a real person, kind
and a reliable friend, a professional of the highest standard.

some planned business did not work out according to your wishes
guilt. But you are always calm and confident. And thanks to your
ability to find a way out of any situation. Team

Sergei KOROBKOV, artistic director of the State
Theater of Nations (Moscow)

Anatoly Andreevich Streltsov - from that rare breed
theatrical people to whom the word “activist” fits
with all certainty. Streltsov - activist, creator
or, as they used to say in the old days about the chosen theatrical
people, a toiler of the stage. Action and creation in modern
era of the Irkutsk Drama Theater are felt literally
in everything - from how the viewer is greeted before the start
performance, to the choice of repertoire and comprehensive care
about the troupe. In Streltsov one feels this chosenness, chosenness
stage attendant, which, of course, comes from nowhere
is not taken, but is formed thanks to numerous skills,
innate and acquired, fortunately Sagittarius never
did not hesitate to learn, observe, try, search bravely
the most optimal and time-appropriate models of existence
theater

Streltsov is brilliantly versed in what is called
theatrical trends of the time. He's one of those heavyweights
who knows everything or almost everything about the theater. Knows how to build
the relationship between the theater and the public, what to indulge them in,
and what to refuse. He looks like a kind of theatrical
sentry, although with all his respectable appearance rather
reminds me of a European producer. He won't let me in
falseness on stage, prohibits the momentary, never fawns
before theatrical fashion, he understands what is, was
and it will be the very purpose of the theater - to talk about a person,
about the world, about relationships that fill content and
expediency is all that exists and everything that is essential. From here,
probably his devotion to Vampilov’s dramaturgy, hence
same - love and worship of Russian classics, hence -
tireless care that the viewer, coming to his
theater, I left there changed - having tasted new meanings
and new emotions inhabiting the stage in the game of strong
and interesting actors of the Irkutsk theater.

The new century has changed the balance of power in the Russian space
repertory theater. More and more often the main responsible
for his status it becomes not the director, but the director - the sentry
or brownie, whatever you like to call him. Directors
come and go, look for a better life, grow and grow,
conquer new stages, but the director remains, and it seems
he alone remains responsible for the preservation of the theatrical
spirit within those walls of which he is the owner. Not everyone
of modern directors can boast that
they succeed. In some theaters it is stormy and bad weather. A
Streltsov knows how to connect different threads in his hands,
different directions and different destinies of theatrical art.
Respecting creative people - directors, actors, painters,
- he, and only he, takes the main responsibility
- in front of the viewer and in front of time. Both the viewer and the time,
I think they reciprocate his feelings.

Nelly MATKHANOVA, writer

When I had the idea to write a play about Irkutsk
American, I met with the director of the theater A.A. Streltsov.
“An interesting story, write it,” he encouraged me.

And so, nervously, I read the first draft, waiting for strict comments
and critics, Streltsov listens carefully, then delicately
and says softly: “Maybe I’m wrong, but probably
this scene needs to be done differently, decide for yourself.” His
the support inspired and helped me in my work.

The premiere was successful, articles appeared in Ogonyok and Nezavisimaya
newspaper." The theater was invited to tour twice
in the USA, California, Oregon, Ohio, Philadelphia.
And everywhere a warm welcome, grateful American spectators,
reviews, interviews in newspapers and on TV. Photo from the performance
and the caption: “Call Meryl Streep’s agent urgently, this
a love story knows no boundaries.” A performance for Americans
was not only the story of their compatriot, but also a meeting
with talented actors, acquaintance with Irkutsk and Siberia.

Through the efforts of A.A. The Streltsov Theater was restored. Now
The very visit to the theater is a holiday for the audience. Director
an excellent team has been selected, starting from ticket takers, workers
workshops and ending with administrators. How can I not remember
words by A.P. Chekhov from a letter to Nemirovich-Danchenko: “Your
success is yet more proof that the public and actors
We need an intelligent theater."

Alexey KHUDYAKOV, head of the arts department of the committee for
culture of the administration of the Irkutsk region

For 19 years now, Anatoly Andreevich Streltsov has been heading
one of the oldest theaters in Russia.

This theater ship has a wonderful captain. On
at all levels, theater forums, festivals, he defends
the principles of theater that are close to him are deep faith
and devotion to the traditions of Russian realistic theater.
Streltsov has done a lot for the theater and, I assure you, he will do
many more glorious and good deeds, “not sparing your belly.”
This is a purposeful, decisive, strong-willed person.
Despite his sometimes tough temper, people pay him with love
and loyalty.

How many interesting tours around Russia were successful!
The theater boldly came out and, I think, has fully established itself
on international stages. Touring in the USA,
Poland, Germany, Mongolia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Uzbekistan
- this is the initiative, sleepless nights of the theater director.

The director dreams of many things, and God forbid that his dreams
all good undertakings have come true.

Ksenia KOVALEVA, student, folk theater actress
"Youth"

Dear Anatoly Andreevich!

I had the good fortune to congratulate you on behalf of the amateur
Theater "Youth" on its 55th anniversary. This event can't stay
unnoticed not only by the theatrical elite of the city of Irkutsk,
but also for the younger generation of theatergoers growing up under your
sensitive leadership.

In our indifferent times, it seems extraordinary that
that it is important for someone else that young people are interested not only in
drinking alcoholic beverages on the embankment, it is important to generate
and support the love of art in young hearts
in general and to the theater in particular.

The Scarlet Sails festival, created by you, gave us
not only a week of free performances, good mood,
kind songs and happy eyes, but also, most importantly,
like-minded friends, who are sometimes so difficult to find.

I would like to wish you achievements of bright and kind
goals on your creative path! Love and happiness! And most importantly -
do not lose the faith and optimism inherent in you!

Anatoly Streltsov has been receiving a lot of messages these days.
congratulations, which all cannot be published.

Chairman joins in congratulations
Committee for the Management of the Right Bank District of Irkutsk
Nikolay Khitsenko,
Board of Directors of JSC "Ermak Association", the staff of the museum named after. Sukacheva,
artistic director of the Dialogue People's Theater Valentina Prosekina and many others.

I am 29 years old. I still live with my parents. I had a failed and stupid marriage with a friend, after which I lost both my friend and the so-called. husband I never found myself at work. All I have to do is be different managers in different companies. Different - because I have absolutely no interest in what I do. Neither economics, nor jurisprudence, nor accounting, nor sales, nor purchasing, nor personnel, nor logistics - nothing brought me the niche in which I want to stay forever. All my work lasted a maximum of six months, as long as it was interesting and new. Then the interest suddenly goes away, so much so that I start to get sick all the time, stay on sick leave, change relationships with colleagues and everything leads to mutual separation. For the last few months I have not been working at all, I have a person who understands me and somehow supports me, this is my cousin. I feel a little awkward, but only a little, because after 9 years I have completely lost faith that I can achieve anything - at least a calm and stable job in one place. There are frequent transitions in the labor market, which scares off employers. My personal life has long been complete zero, with the exception of a few affairs at a time. But this kills me less crushingly than some kind of helplessness in financial and material terms. I sit and believe in some miracles that can suddenly happen to me, I find millions of different hobbies - some stick for a long time, some fall off. I tried to earn a living as one of my hobbies, and it seemed to go well at first, but then it stalled, because I have absolutely no idea how to sell myself. I tried this and that, and attended lectures, listened and watched webinars. Not really yet. Moreover, in life I am a very positive person, I don’t complain to anyone and I don’t like to whine, my friends don’t know anything about what’s happening to me, I lie about something, somehow I dodge, and everyone seems to believe it, because no one cares , by and large. And I have some kind of complex about this, because I never ask for help from anyone. Not at work, not anywhere. Sometimes I think that if I get sick, God forbid, on the street, I’ll just die quietly, because I’m ashamed to ask for help. I have to do everything myself. But it so happened that I can no longer do anything on my own, and I’m starting to seriously think about whether it’s worth continuing to live like this. I didn’t mention it - there are no children, and it’s unlikely that there will be any. And there is no one to give birth to, and my health is not particularly good. Maybe someone knows how to pull yourself out of the vicious circle and escape from your life by becoming someone else? Because being me got me pretty tired.

Being successful as a person is about more than just being successful. There are many people who, even having made a dizzying career, still do not dare to confidently say about themselves that they are accomplished individuals. Of course, perception and assessment of oneself is a subjective thing. But, of course, it is worth thinking about what qualities an accomplished person should have.

Courage to be yourself

Everyone has certain abilities. Another thing is that not everyone develops them in themselves and uses them. An accomplished person is characterized by a constant desire to reveal his inclinations. This is not easy, if only because it sometimes requires considerable courage. But this is the quality without which it is impossible to succeed as a person. The tandem of talent and courage allows you to reveal your best qualities. Self-development becomes the norm of life.

It is extremely important to be able to never lose face and remain yourself in any situation. This requires a high level of psychological maturity, which is unthinkable without a stable worldview. A person has a clear system of values, which he will never give up for the sake of fleeting gain. He knows how to resist temptations and limit himself.

Of course, this requires a lot of strength, primarily spiritual. They are given awareness of their responsibility to the world. A person knows that his personality is a huge value. Therefore, he does not isolate himself only in his own interests, but strives to leave something behind - something that could make the world a better place. No matter how pretentious it all sounds, this is exactly the case.

Endless path

In any case, you will need the ability to live in harmony with yourself and with the universe. Chinese philosophy uses such a concept as Tao - the path. An important step towards achieving personal success is to find your direction, which will lead to that point of balance where maximum manifestation of yourself becomes possible. This is not an easy process, often even painful. But an accomplished person is not afraid of difficulties, so he clearly knows who he is and where he is going.

Inner growth must continue throughout life. This is why it is impossible to become an accomplished person once and for all. Even the allotted earthly period may not be enough for complete self-realization. It is unattainable - at any stage of development something more is possible. Mistakes and disappointments are also possible. And you will have to constantly overcome difficulties.

A person moves in the chosen direction, tries to achieve as much as possible, knowing that any result will not be ideal. It takes wisdom to understand this, but still move forward. An accomplished person can boldly face not-so-cheerful truths. However, for her, the process of improvement itself becomes of great value. After all, the essence of earthly quest is continuous movement.
